The location is ideal for a vacation in Lefkada, with quick access to both the beaches and the main towns. They were always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations, and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very comfortable and memorable. “Overall it was nice”

The stay was nice, host was nice as well but we didn't really appreciate that he wrote us every day. It was good for family of three when you spend most of time time away. It's walking distance from Agios Nikitas and Milos Beach. Cleaning every second day was was nice to have.

It’s was a perfect home for our vacation! The Villa has everything you need for the family! The yard was perfect for our children and the patio was great for dining and having some drinks after you put kids to bed 😉! It’s better than the photos! Location is perfect close to the village and close to the Kathisma beach! Thanks Korina and Yanis it was nice to meet you and stay at your house!

“A quiet and comfortable two bedroom/two bathroom villa close to Agios Nikitas!”

This amazing property was in a beautiful location, set back from the bushland and close enough to the town of Agios Nikitas, but also just far enough away from the busy town. A short walk or a very short 1 min drive to town. The Villa was modern and very clean, the owners provided a cleaner almost daily to replenish towels and linen and to maintain the cleanliness, which was outstanding. We also loved the huge outdoor area for the kids to play and seating area to eat our meals. The beds were comfortable and the two bathrooms were very ideal for us, being a family of four. The thing we liked most was the hospitality and caring nature of the owners. Their consideration for us as a travelling young family, was so lovely and so refreshing. They immediately made us feel at home and comfortable to reach out to them at any time for anything at all. They even checked in with us to see if the kids were comfortable and sleeping well! They talked us through where to explore and what beaches would best suit us. We would highly recommend this beautiful stay to anyone travelling and exploring the area of Agios Nikitas!

Everything went great. Easy communication, the host was very nice, available and explained everything to us clearly. The house was super lovely - very clean and the garden area was really pleasant, especially in the morning and in the evening. A personal highlight was the outdoor shower, I loved it! Also, the position is great cause it's close to the beaches and Agios Nikitas but very calm and safe.

The location is excellent, just a short drive from both Kathisma Beach and the village of Agios Nikitas. The villa looks even better in real life than in the pictures and offers all the comfort you need for a relaxing vacation. The downstairs room stays pleasantly cool during the hot summer nights, and the terrace is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. We also really appreciated the towel and linen change every two days.

The house is beautiful with elegant decoration and convinied facilities. Clean,cozy and a relaxing yard. Near kathisma and Agios Nikitas (5 minutes by foot) The owners very polite and they gave us great tips for our staying in Lefkafa. Definitely a recommendation for everyone! Thank you !

Great hosts. Very helpful and open people. Gave us advices about interesting places and beaches to visit. Everything was new and working. Comfortable terrace. Very clean. Parking place in front the house witch is very important in that area of Greece. You really need any kind of transport to reach amazing beaches or tavernas. Kathisma beach 2 minutes away by car. You get free parking there if you stay at Lavender Green Villas. Milos beach also very close. You can walk to Milos as we did once but after we payed 4 euros per person to get there by sea taxi boat. Much more comfortable. We found what we wanted and will come back. P.S. the sunsets amazing!!!

“Very nice accommodation”

The place is new and very beautiful furnished. Living room and terrace are great for relaxing. The bedroom from the basement is comfortable, chilly - no AC needed, we were very happy for the bed size 160x200 and the mattress. Korina is very friendly and helpful for everything we needed.

A villa in a perfect location, Agios Nikitas, the beaches of Milos and Katziki close in a few minutes literally. The villa is worth the amount you pay. Spacious, new and clean. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. All recommendations.

The location of the villa because it is very close to the center. The house is very clean, the yard is big, children can play freely. someone comes frequently to clean and change towels. Korina is an extraordinary host, who helped us with all the necessities we needed.

We had a really really gorgeous holiday. Korina and Yanis are the best hosts we’ve experienced. They are welcoming, kind and helpful. The property is exactly as listed and the location is perfect. The beaches are absolutely beautiful, the water is the nicest we had swam in and the town was very sweet, had an abundance of restaurants, good seafood and a bar that stays open very late. We were a group of young girlfriends and this holiday was everything we could have asked for. Couldn’t recommend the location and hosts enough!
