Anastasia is a great host, and the place is perfect for families. My wife and I stayed there with our 1-year-old child, and Anastasia kindly provided a cot upon request. She is a very nice and friendly person, which makes your stay smooth and carefree. We chose this place because it’s very close to the beach in Agios Nikitas and right in the center, near restaurants, supermarkets, bars, and shops. However, since our room was located at the back of the property, we had no issues with noise that could disturb us or our baby. Our room had a balcony with a small kitchen, so we didn’t have to cook where we slept. The room itself was cozy and comfortable. I would also like to mention that when I had a car problem, Anastasia and her husband helped me find a solution and get it fixed the same day—even though it was a Saturday.

Anastasia (the owner) is a sweetheart! We had so many conversations, she helped us with the bags and gave us tips for our vacation. She cleaned, changed towels and sheets every two days which was great!

The location is great – a typical Greek setting that's both charming and authentic. The place is beautiful, with the beach just a short walk away. You could not get a better location with the beach right down the road and heaps of shops and restaurants so close by. Such a good price for the area too you absolutely could not find a better deal, the owner of the hotel is also so kind and was really helpful with a taxi from the bus station. The room itself was quite large and the bed quite comfortable, cooking essentials etc were all there.

“VFM for a small room right into the heart of Agios Nikitas”

The owner, ms Anastasia was really helpful and kind with us. The room was on the main road of Saint nikitas and was full of life! The kitchenette had everything we wanted (filter coffee machine, portable burner, etc). The studios are close to the famous beach Milos, which you can reach only by feet (15-20 mins walking).

Hospitality, clean room and very polite owner. We were enjoy, and feel like home. We certanly recommend this studio for a low price, if you are just there to take a nap and sleep.
