Overview
Surrounded by olive trees 3 km from Kathisma and Agios Nikitas Beaches, Ionian offers split-level villas with fireplace, private pool and a private, stone-paved terrace. All villas open to balconies overlooking the Ionian Sea. Εach villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and dining area, as well as 2 bathrooms. It also has an elegant seating area with LCD satellite TV and DVD player, while a studio with a bathroom and a kitchenette is featured on the basement and is available upon extra charge. Restaurants and bars are within a 5-minute drive. Agios Nikitas Beach is 1.5 km away. Lefkada Town is 13 km away. Free, private parking is available right outside the villas.

“Excellent!”
The location is excellent, on the West Coast. The most beautiful Lefkada beaches are nearby: Kathisma, Κavalikefta/Megali Petra, Egremni, Porto Katsiki. Agios Nikitas within minutes of driving for eating/shopping when you don't fancy the extra 25 minutes of driving to Lefkada. Excellent hosts, willing to help with everything we needed (good English). Electric car charging: The property has a 220V outlet in the parking lot outside, making it convenient to charge our electric car at night, and with lower prices than at public charging stations. There are two separate villas on the same property. Each has its own area: a lovely pool, barbecue area - impressive! While technically you can see the sea, it's far away; this was compensated by the gorgeous yard/pool, and it was a pleasure to enjoy a sip on the balconies (each room with a balcony). Everything was spotless, including the pools, cleaned by an automatic robot before and after our stay.

“Beautiful for outdoor living”
Beautiful, spacious outdoor area makes this property. Lots of seating around the pool, plus Bbq and outdoor dining for 6 plus. Attractive gardens and lovely views. Property has 3 balconies, one from each bedroom and a dining area. Good parking and good location just outside Agios Nikitas. Owner very helpful.

Stunning pool with loungers, amazing location (you will absolutely need a car to rent) beautiful air conned spacious rooms & the friendliest host - very close to Akios Nikitas with a gorgeous beach & strip of restaurants and cafes.

“Highly recommended villa in Lefakada”
Super friendly hosts... Helen and Chris are amazing people. Quiet location, lovely villa... Super clean. We had great time with my kids in the pool. Absolutely recommended. Will probably stay again!

“Great place with private swimming pool”
spacious, secluded place where you can relax and where you will find all facilities. Peace and quiet, view from the window, private swimming pool. we highly recommend it! The area is amazing, everything at hand.

Great pool, lovely hosts who couldn't have been more helpful. Fantastic place. Close to 3 excellent beaches.
