Central location at the top of the main street. Maria was great in making sure to find the place and you are able to burrow umbrellas to take to the beaches. To top room has a lovely view on the balcony and is great to chill with a coffee in the morning.

The location is excellent, just 3 minutes down to one of the most beautiful beaches, the apartment is extremely clean and has plenty of space with all the necessary equipment. Maria is kind and always there for whatever you need, if we come again we will probably go to the same place...👌🏻❤️

“Spotless accommodation in a great area”

The accommodation is in a great location with close access to a beach, restaurants and shops. It's quiet and private with parking on site. The place is a good size with a great balcony, kitchen and bathroom. It was cleaned daily and was always spotless. A perfect area to stay to explore the island.

“Lovely relaxing stay in Agios Nikitas at the end of June 2025”

Apartment was self catering. Location excellent, tucked away at the top of the car free zone that leads down to the bay. Parking outside the apartment, turn into the pedestrian area, then turn back on yourselves to find Green View Apartmemts. Therefore it was relatively quiet. The owner, and I assume her Mother and an another lady kept the apartment fastidiously clean. Towels and bedding changed several times across the week. We had a small problem with the shower, which was dealt with the same day.

Very clean and near to most beaches in the area. We enjoyed a lot staying there and will recommend to friends.

Lovely clean apartment in a great location. Everything we needed was provided. Maria was very helpful, checking that everything was good with our stay. She even organised us a taxi from the airport on arrival.

Everything was perfect ! The location of the apartment is in the center of the city, and 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is a parking place where you can leave your car. The room was very clean, the owner was friendly and amazing ! We will definitely return. Thank you, Maria !

We spent ten days at Green View in August and we had such a great time there. What I want to point out is the cleanliness of the room, the newly of the building and its position. The host Maria is very kind and available. All great!!

We booked 3 apartments for a full week and everyone was very pleased with the stay. The apartments were very clean, spacious and were fully equipped. Free car parking is a big bonus together with the 5min short walk to all the restaurants, bars and the beach. Perfect quality for price. Would definitely go back!

Aprtment was amazing. Very close to the restaurants, supermarkets and Agios Nikitas beach. The apartment is nicely furnished, clean with great facilities and in a very nice quiet area. Bonus is the large terrace and a parking spot. We had a very nice relaxing holiday. The area is beautiful. The host was very nice and helpful.

The apartment is located on the main pedestrian street of the village Agios Nikitas, only 150 meters from the beach, very close to restaurants and tavernas. Fully equiped with everything you might need. The room was cleaned every day and once two days, the sheets and towels were changed. Maria, the host was extremelly helpful, providing us with all the details we needed before arriving and during our stay.
