“Stunning and peaceful place”
An amazing place with a breathtaking view, lovely staff who are incredibly accommodating and a great pool. The villa is well equipped, and you're surrounded by these gorgeous olive trees while you watch the sunset over the sea. It's near to agios nikitas, and while you can walk (about 10 mins down and 15 up) it's probably better to drive unless you're going in the evening or morning. Adding on to that, I'd recommend a car. Worth saying that some other reviews mention the road up to the villa but honestly it's perfectly fine to drive - loads of passing places and highly unlikely to meet a car, and most the time it's enough room for two cars anyway - certainly wouldn't say it's a bad road especially if you've driven across lefkada to get there. Would definitely come back and only downside is we weren't there for longer.

“Secluded villas apartment with great views”
Great location, with amazing views out to sea. We paid slightly extra for an apartment with terrace but I’d say it’s well worth the money as the apartments are spacious and right next to the pool and have better views. Although there were other guests around, our villas felt very private and it was extremely quiet. Although the villas was quite basic it was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

“Perfect stay with sea views and sunsets”
We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and well-equipped apartment. It has a spacious terrace with a stunning view of the pool, the sea, and the sunsets — truly breathtaking! Everything was spotless — the apartment, the complex, and the pool were all very well maintained. There was a dedicated parking space, which made things even more convenient. The whole place is quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by beauty. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back!

The complex is in an excellent location, on a hill above Agios Nikitas. Everything is new, clean, and the hosts are very kind. The accommodation is highly recommended for those who prefer to stay away from the crowds, with a view of the sea and even more beautiful sunsets, yet still close to all the main attractions on the island

“Amazing”
It was a nice and quiet place. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The view from the terrace was amazing. The staff was very kind and friendly. My friends and I had a great time there and we really recommend it.

“Great accommodation”
The best thing was the location. Location was amazing, very close to the best beaches on the west coast, near to the Lefkada city, in Agios Nikitas town. Also, the view from the terrace and big swimming pool with sunbeds. Elena, the housekeeper was also very kind and helpful with everything.

The place is very nice and quiet. Everything is very clean, you can enjoy swiming pool or just relax on the balcony. Owner is super friendly and helpful. The views are fantastic, sunsets are just crazy.

“Perfect place in Lefkada”
Staying at Eltheo Villas was a real pleasure. The apartment was clean, newly furnished and decorated, with a well equipped kitchen, with confortable beds and a really big terrace with a great view of the sunset. The pool was also great. The atmosphere was chill, a quite and pleasant place to spent your vacation in. Elena is the perfect host, careful and friendly with guests. We would love to return here whenever we vist Lefkada again. Thanks for everything Elena!
