“Stunning apartment”

After a warm welcome from Yannis and his wife we had a perfect week in the two bedroom apartment on the ground floor. Everything with the property was well thought out and beautifully executed. The location is amazing. A few minutes walk down to the restaurants and beach. A minute up to the road, where we had no problem parking on the road. The view is absolutely incredible. The pool was really well kept and perfect for cooling off. We were all very sad to leave!

What a fabulous location with a wonderful view. The apartment is so well stocked and equipped and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The hosts were friendly and responsive and nothing was too much trouble. We absolutely recommend this beautiful place. We also recommend T’arnantio family taverna just off the main street (which is completely pedestrianised and 2 minutes from the apartment, leading to the lovely beach.

“Amazing apartment with spectacular views”

We loved everything about our stay in the two bed apartment. One of our favourite spots travelling Greece and our hosts were amazing. Location just away from restaurants so quite but easy 5 min walk. And such a truly incredible view. Loved sitting having breakfast on the small terrace or coming back to lay by pool after day out. Modern renovated apartment with very comfortable beds and great shared living space. Downstairs in basement is laundry which was handy. Towels including pool towels and bedding changed mid way through our stay and apartment cleaned. Super clean apartment with great amenities. Would highly recommend and loved Lefkada and Agios Nikitas with its cute village vibe, variety of affordable tavernas and bars ( particularly Lefteris and feel it’s under rated), the beach and its crystal clear waters. There are a couple of supermarkets also.

The location was perfect! We loved everything about it! Yianni was a great host, he communicated well and helped us with our luggage. The view was amazing and fell asleep to the sound of the waves, the pool was an extra bonus! Would definitely stay here again! :)

Perfectly positioned with a great sea view and close to the town and its restaurants. The bed and shower were good too and the accommodation was l lovely and clean. There was also a pool which overlooked the sea.

We had the best time in Agios Nikitas. Caltabania Suites are conveniently located half way between the beach and the main road where we parked our car. It's a 2 minute walk to all the restaurants, cafes and the main beach. Our apartment was clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Yannis is a fantastic host, very informative and friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Agios Nikitas.

The location is great & having a pool is very rare in Agios Nikitas. Yannis looked after anything we needed. The room was very comfortable, clean etc. The village has everything you could need and a really pretty beach. Just brilliant.

In just a few minutes you can be on the beach. The pool is something special on hot days.

Everything was perfect, we were sad to leave after 4 nights. Yannis is a very friendly host and provided everything we needed. The view is just fantastic, the place is super calm and the village with some lovely restaurants and the beach are just a few steps away. The apartment is beautiful and the bed super comfy. Would definitely come back, next time for more than just 4 nights!

The view is fantastic! The apartment is renovated and pleasant. The location is perfect. Close to the heart of the village and close to everything. There is a parking space available in a yard close to the establishment. There is enough coffee and welcome drink, that was very nice!

“The best vacation”

This is probably the best apartment we have ever stayed in. The view is fantastic, the location is perfect - near the beach, restaurants and this village is a perfect starting point to explore the island. The owner Yannis is very sweet and helpful. There is also a possibility to use a washing machine and an iron. The wifi connection is working very well. We recommend it!
