“Close and comfortable. Except late noice.”

The property is located very close to the Agios Nikitas beach, in the heart of the Agios Nikitas village, with a partial seaside view. The balcony was nice and spacious and there was a very useful drying rack The room is very nicely renovated and decorated in local ionian style. Cleanliness level is very good Spyridon was a nice and welcoming host

“The one place to see in Lefkada”
Firstly, this bay and its small, waterside village is extremely popular. We have travelled most of lefkada and this one in particular is absolutely something to see. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was incredible. You could sit and watch the emerald sea lap the shore for hours or just lie on your bed with the balcony doors open listening to the water and people enjoying their holidays. An absolute pleasure. We're not usually one for hotels and hosts, opting mostly for private villas away from people. However, we are very glad we chose to stay in the village, owing greatly to Spiros, our host. He made every effort to make us welcome and anything we needed he provided. He was able to balance being available to help without being over encroaching on our stay or privacy. Couldn't rate him any higher as a host. Thanks Spiros! One last reason to stay in Agios Nikitas, is that, due to its popularity, it can be difficult to find parking and it can become crowded at peak times. Therefore, if you are already there, you don't need to worry about parking, or finding a space on the beach! One last thing, if you are able to climb a little, you can reach a small private beach away from the crowds. It is the most beautiful and has large rocks for diving! Spiros told us it's name, I don't remember exactly, but he said it means little sands, something to take with you. A memory we will cherish. Thanks Spiros and Agios Nikitas Elena and Cheney
