“Great, little studio in a lovely village.”

Spotlessly clean and well equipped studio in a great location. Anastasia is a delight to deal with and gave lots of great recommendations. Agios Nikitas is a busy little village with a lovely vibe. Parking around the village is tricky so it's great to have somewhere with a parking space. Can recommendation Milos beach and a (steep) walk - or drive - to 360 Lefkada for sunset cocktails.

“Fantastic quiet location close to spectacular beaches”

Lefkada is a beautiful island and Agios Nikitas is the perfect location to experience fantastic beaches. Alkionides apartments are in walking distance of many great restaurants, mini markets, a pharmacy, Agios Nikitas beach as well as a longer more challenging hike through forest to the spectacular Mylos Beach. It is very quiet and comfortable in the house. Anastasia provided us with plenty of local recommendations and was very helpful accommodating to our needs. Be aware it is a steep driveway to access the house.

Very cosy little house, perfect for a family with 2 kids, very clean. It has a nice terrace with nice view over the surroundings. A few minutes walk to the beach of Ag. Nikitas. Easy access by foot to Milos beach as well. Anastasia was a warm host and she speaks very good English; on the phone she gave us all the instruction on how to get to the apartment, where we met her. Truly recommend!

“The accommodation is close to a beautiful little seaside village near the beautiful Lefkada beaches”

The access to the small house is at the very end of the village of Agios Nikitas. Quiet area and a good view of nature and trees. The small house has all the necessities for decent living. There is a small TV, like a monitor, with only a few national programs. The landlady is always kind and available at every call or during a regular visit. Even furniture and other equipment’s were functional they are old, there is a need for restoration.

First of all, the whole island is very beautiful and worth seeing. We find this side of it better because it's more authentic and hilly and less built-up. The apartment, which in fact is a small private house, has a great view towards the green hills and is just 5 minutes walk from the center of Agios Nikitas village and about 10 min from the nearest beach. The apartment was practical and very clean, with a spacious verandah in front of it. Ideal for 2 or 3 persons. Anastasia, the owner, is extremely kind, welcoming and accommodating - the perfect host! The village is an architectural reserve and is more than charming with its typical monastery-like buildings, cozy restaurants and bars. I would recommend putting 1 or 2 hangers (stand or wall) - quite practical for jackets and worn clothes you can't put in the wardrobe. Had a wonderful week there and we're already looking forward to coming back again!

“A well located apartment with a large balcony and a great view”

The apartment has a spacious balcony with a wonderful view over the wooded hills and is only five minutes walk down to the village and shops. Anastasia, the host, is very welcoming and responds quickly to any requests.

Spacious and very comfortable studio with big terrace and parking near the house. The studio is actually a small house, so you have your privacy. It is a little up the hill from the main road, but only 8 minutes walk to Agios Nikitas. Very friendly owner.

The house have a beutiful placement with amazing view on green woods, on just 5 minut walk from the centre of Agios Nikitas, near wonderful beach Milos and all other famous beaches. Apartements are great, very clean and practical and the most important you have your privacy. Special compliments for house owner Anastasia. She’s very nice and kind, and we felt like we’re at home because of her welcoming personality. She recomended us some awesome places which we visited and was very amazed by it. Every time we come to that part of Greece, we are surely choosing again Alkionides apartments!Regards for dear Anastasia!
