Beautiful location, the villa is in general well equipped and clean. The hosts are very nice, they offered us a welcome wine bottle and a good-bye gift.Pay attention that you definitely need a car and the access road is quite narrow.

Amazing vacation thanks to beautiful experience with this villa. Beautiful location with ,,free” sunsets every evening , very quiet location with private road and parking. Cleanliness is 10/10 , from cleaning the house to the pool, everything is fresh and nice. We really felt like home , we had everything we needed to live there. Amazing villa, immaculately clean, well equipped with everything you could need including beach towels, umbrella etc. Fabulous hosts, very friendly and happy to help with anything needed but without being in your face. Gorgeous pool area and fantastic views over the bay. Quiet and peaceful location. Our hosts even dropped off some local liquers to take home. Would stay again without hesitation.

We stayed 4 nights in Athina villa. It is a 10 minutes walk to Agios Nikitas village and around 20 minutes to go back as it is up the hill. Very convenient in summer when I guess it becomes very busy with few parking available near the village. The Villa is very well renovated with good taste, very well equipped in the kitchen with all cleaning products provided for a few days . Also a Nespresso machine and coffee for a few days. Good quality sheets for the bed and towels. The villa has its own cosy pool , which was very clean . We loved this place and would have liked to stay longer exploring Lefkada Island . We highly recommend it !!! Great view !!

Wonderful view, excellent and friendly staff. Everyday the apartment was cleaned! Wow, like a hotel (you should advertise that!). Private pool and installations. The owner went above and beyond to reply to our complaints at check-in, which at the end ended up in a great deal (we got a nicer apartment with a better view). Thanks for that.

Firstly I will mention Dora, the owner's mother, who met us at the bus stop at the bottom of a steep hill which leads to the accomodation and kindly took our bags and us in two trips (vehicle was a van with two only seats so could not take us both at the same time). She did the same two trips in reverse when it was time for us to leave. Dora is a lovely kind lady and was always available to provide help if it were needed. We did not meet Dimitrios, the owner, but communication with him via text was very good. This accomodation is of a higher standard than places we would typically stay at and therefore more expensive, but not excessively so. But I have to say it was well worth it. This place is is beautiful. We had the one bedroom villa. It is modern, spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen has all you could reasonably need to be able to self cater. The private pool was cleaned regularly. I passed lots of time on the outside terrace admiring the lovely views across trees and the sea beyond. I cannot imagine anyone staying here being disappointed.

It is a self catered accommodation well set up for this. It is modern and comfortable with a small but very welcome pool. The location means it is very private and quiet. The team servicing the apartments are efficient and friendly. Agia Nikitas is a very pretty village well served by small supermarkets and a great choice of tavernas.

Thank you for amazing, being on your villa! We liked the sea view, swimming pool and possobility of making bbq 😀Everything was nice, clean and wellorganised. Kitchen was fully equiped with all neccesary things👍 In the Village Agios Nikitas there was cool restourant Taverna Nikitas, higly recommended to visit if you stay there
