“Fabulous apartment”
Booked Peskesi last minute due to previous disaster...the studio was gorgeous ...very spacious, looks v new and a lovely breakfast that we weren't expecting. Walk to centre was a 10 min walk max. Quiet area. Would definitely recommend

Comfortable clean apartment with heaps of room, all facilities and only a short walk into town.The hostess was very friendly and cooperative and was quite happy to give us a late checkout.

“Beautiful apartment more like a house very spacious”
I wasn't aware this apartment was over 2 floors more like a house..lounge kitchen wc downstairs and bathroom and bedroom with balcony upstairs which was a very pleasant surprise. Very spacious and clean. We had a hire car so there was parking. Otherwise it was approx 10 min walk downhill .We were shocked at the end of Aug to find no restaurants open for eve meals only cafe bars for drinks. It was extremely quiet so we went to Therma for an eve meal as choices of restaurants. We had cats and a kitten on our patio daily which was lovely.

“Not recommended. An interior renovation is necessary fringed and then the whole thing is still standing!”
The apartment was really dirty and ants were everywhere. The apartment has nothing identical to the photos. Very pity that here is not even the essential as cleanliness is given!

The personnel was very nice and serviceminded. The room was well equipped with a full kitchen, AC et c. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and well functioning i all ways (water, drainage, light). The area was quiet. We would definitely like to stay here again.

“Loved the spacious unit, ground level. Outdoor area and garden a pleasant feature. Relaxing stay.”
Breakfast, which was lovely was delivered to our room. Walk to town was about 15 minutes, however, the uphill return to the unit was tiring (particularly if one is unfit!! ). Very spacious unit and well equipped for short or long stays. Street car parking right outside units. Outdoor seating area is semi-private. Loved that they were able to take care of our laundry needs at a reasonable cost. Close to Therma the hot springs town where we had a great lunch of fresh fish and greens at the Avra Taverna. Enjoyed live music entertainment by Accubra Cocos in Ag Kirikos at one of the bars. Overall an enjoyable 3 night stay.

“Very good”
Location is very good, only a short walk from the ferry terminal and center of Ag. Kyrikos. Nearest beach is a 5-10 minute walk away. Very convenient and immaculately clean apartment, well furnished. Well equipped for cooking. AC works perfectly. Nice balcony. The lady who runs the property is very nice and helpful. A really good choice if you stay in beautiful Ikaria.

Maria, the manager, and her son, Dimitris are lovely people who do their very best to meet clients' requests. They are the best aspect of Peskesi. The property is easy to find and kept very clean.

The location of the property was great. Few minutes walk down the road was the town. Very clean and fairly a new building with all facilities. Breakfast was very good. It’s a cool place to stay!

“Exceptional”
Everything was perfect, the cleanliness, location, and the breakfast was fabulous. The lady who did our breakfast and cleaned the apartment was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble.
