Excellent accommodation just opposite the sea & hot spring, owner is very helpful, answered immediately to all our needs. We like to come back:)

I and my husband have stayed in Lydia Mare for two nights.We liked the view from the balcony and the smiling face of the owner most. Stavro was very helpful from the beginning till the end of our stay. He has provided all of the details for our comfort. He tried to solve our mobile phone problem. He organized a taxi from Therma to Agios Kirykos. Actually if you only have backpacks with you you can walk from Therma to Agios Kirykos port for the ferry. There is a path between these two points and it only takes 15min by walking. We needed a taxi because we had 2 luggages with us. Briefly, I can say that you can stay this clean and good located place if you will have a short stay in Ikaria.

Excellent views and very close to the hot springs and restaurants. Would definitely stay here when we return.

very good rooms just up the hill from the beach, clean and equiped rooms. Microwave in the corridor. Therma is a great place to spend at least 3 to 4 days.

Great location and The hosts Brigit and George couldn’t have been more welcoming. The room was everything that I needed complete with little kitchenette. Cleaned every day. Superb!

I booked with Lydia Marie for 20 days. I have never felt better than I did here. It is a really authentic atmosphere where you have a mineral spring right outside with a great beach. There are also several restaurants, my very best was AYPA! The family runs the place with love and respect for the guests. They are so helpful with whatever you wonder and need. The room was fresh and spacious and there was everything I needed available. I highly recommend this accommodation.

“Fabulous!”

I loved the spectacular view! Sitting on the balcony and having breakfast whilst admiring the beach, listening to the waves lap the shore, looking at the surrounding mountains and the island of Samos on the horizon was absolutely wonderful! I could also see the view from sitting on the bed or from the small table inside the room. Just heaven! The room was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I also must say that the family who run Lydia Mare are fabulous! Right from the start, they were friendly and went out of their way to make my stay hugely enjoyable; I cannot thank them enough; merci beaucoup και ευχαριστώ πολύ! And I must say a huge thank you also to the wonderful Valenthina who always greeted me with a smile; Σε ευχαριστώ πολύ Βαλεντίνα! I definitely chose the best place to stay in Therma, and I would gladly recommend Lydia Mare to everyone; as a single female traveller for this holiday, I felt very safe there.

George and Bridget were excellent hosts, giving advice and local knowledge. The rooms are a stones throw from the beach and Taverna's. The hot springs are very popular and a must for all visitors. All the Taverna's are of a high standard. A friendly, relaxing resort,a must return destination.

Owners were there and this was extremely informative and showed the kindness of it's people and service. The views are outstanding!

The balcony wasn’t pleasant - smells of frying oil came out from the ventilation system of the two nearby restaurants right towards the balcony.

Very centre. You can see and listen to the sea, but there’s no own balkony. Ther is a way to another rooms outside the door. You can sit but not private.

Gorgeous location overlooking the bay from our balcony room. Exceptionally clean with rooms cleaned daily and sheets changed regularly. Small but adequate kitchen area. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Beautiful bay with thermal springs adjacent and numerous restaurants and bars - absolutely perfect location. 20 minute (very scenic but hot) walk over the hill to Agios Kirykos.

Our trip coincided with the very end of the season but we were welcomed as if we were the first guests of the year. The location was fantastic and the views wonderful, would recommend.
