great spot and veranda (communal) overlooking the small beach in Therma. The room was functional and the one we stayed in could use a little upgrading but everything worked and beds very comfortable, nice ac, and even if in the center (you are above the town bakery) it was quiet in the night, we slept very well.

Location right next to beach,restaurants and baths. Generous shared balcony with view where we took out our breakfast. Bakery on ground floor with delicious food. Stove top for heating up water for tea and adequate kitchen equipment. Very quiet. Pleasant hosts always available in bakery. Clean,with comfortable bed. Drying racks for towels outside on small balcony, pegs provided.

Lovely room, spacious, clean and comfortable, with a big balcony and gorgeous sea views. The room has both fan and a/c. Located right in the centre of town. Also, on ground floor level there is the bakery, making it very easy to get some delicious breakfast / snacks and coffee. Very friendly owners. Therma is a quaint little town, with some beach bars and restaurants and small shops.

The small house on the rooftop of the bakery is simply perfect: cozy, tidy, minimalist, functional and quiet. The family running the business is amazing: caring and nice, they where always smiling and listened to any necessity. The small town of Therma is at your feet and you can forget the car to reach restaurants or beautiful places such as old Roman hotspots and Nealia by trailing for less than 30 minutes.

We had a studio with fabulous sea views from the terrace. It has the best location in Therma with many restaurants and Apollon Spa nearby. The host Grigorios and his sisters are very nice and helpful, arranging a taxi for us as well as giving us some complimentary biscuits from their bakery. This is the place where you want to come back, it has a feeling of calmness and serenity. It is a place where you truly relax.

Clean and spacious

The room was more than enough to cover our needs, having a decent little kitchenette and a proper bathroom. The place was super clean and the host was very kind and helpful. What is more, the location was great, centrally in a touristic but calm village. I would totally recommend this place and the rooms.

Very, very friendly and helpful host family, very warm welcome. From the shared balcony you have a wonderful view of the bay, the fishing boats and the thermal baths. The room above the family bakery is very pleasant: you can get coffee, drinks and breakfast on the terrace and you often get treats from the bakery for free. Highly recommended pastries. Very clean. Small kitchenette and fridge functional. Good Wifi, pleasant air conditioning. Centrally located in Therma village, right by the hot springs. An ideal starting point for beautiful hikes to the ancient Roman bathing spots with hot springs in the sea and to other beaches. Several very good dining taverns in the immediate vicinity. Regular bus service to the port in Ag. Kyrikos. We spontaneously extended our stay and would have liked to stay longer.
