The house was fantastic—spotlessly clean, spacious, beautifully appointed, and exceptionally well equipped. It's perched on a small hill, very close to the sea, with a stunning view. Alex and Efi were wonderful hosts—helpful, welcoming, and discreet. We couldn't have found a more perfect place to relax and unwind.

The location is wonderful, the owners very kind, nice and helpful. The house is very cozy, very clean and silent. It is newly refurbished, with anything you may need during your holiday. The family is super and gives you a lot of information about places and the island. A perfect stay in a perfect place if you like nature and relax.

I have never been more excited to leave a positive review! Myself and my boyfriend stayed for a week at Efi’s place and it was magical from start to finish. Everything is as described and as seen in the photos, but somehow even better in person. We visited lots of villages around Tinos during our stay, and this area is by far the best place to be if you want to explore, but equally there are plenty of amazing beaches nearby if you prefer to stay local too. Efi made our trip incredibly special by leaving us loads of produce for our first breakfast (that lasted us several days) including fresh fruit, honey, yoghurt, cereal, milk etc, as well as bringing us freshly baked and delicious pies hot from the oven on 2 others days. Not only did she show us extreme kindness with these treats, but she went out of her way to make recommendations for restaurants and let us know about a religious festival happening on our last night, as well as making a reservation for us when we weren’t able to get through on the phone. It was the perfect combination of being around if we needed help, but also offering us privacy. The washing machine was an added bonus for us as well as a clean halfway through the stay. We hope one day we can visit Efi and her beautiful place again in the future.

I'm thrilled to share my recent Tinos experience at an amazing spot that stole my heart. Imagine being up on a hill, looking out at the sea – it's like a dream. The hospitality I encountered was equally remarkable. The host's warm welcome and genuine kindness made me feel like part of the family. Their local insights were invaluable, leading me to hidden gems I might have otherwise missed. The apartment had everything I needed. The kitchen was ready for cooking, and there were plenty of ways to stay entertained. It's clear they care about their guests. If you want a peaceful escape with amazing views, a kind host, cleanliness, and a spot that's just right, you've found it. I can't wait to go back! Thanks to the host for making this experience so special.

“A lovely week at Oikia Petra”

We spent a lovely week at Oikia Petra. The apartment is newly built, clean and well-maintained. It is located on a hill slightly remote and at altitude so that there is no noise coming from the road or town, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The view from there is amazing. It is also only 3 minutes by car from one of the best beaches of the island. Kiria Efi and her family welcomed us with great hospitality and we are looking forward to coming back again.

“Comfortable and spacious stay close to the beach”

Spacious, very clean and well-equipped apartment with a big terrace for a very comfortable stay. It’s even bigger than pictured and can comfortably host 4 people. Very generous selection of toiletries and a washing machine that makes a long stay even more practical. Very generous and welcoming hosts who had prepared a fruit platter, cake and more goodies for breakfast. We also appreciated the written guide of the island which contained great recommendations and suggestions. The island has many great beaches and one of them is located just a few minutes drive from the apartment. We strongly recommend this lovely place to stay when visiting Tinos

A great vacation home ideal for families but also couples! The property owners are gentle and always happy to help you with anything you might want. They prepared us some fresh cake to enjoy our morning overviewing the sea. The view is great and you can really enjoyed from the relaxing balcony.

Oikia Petra is perched on a hill with beautiful views, 5 minutes drive from what was our favourite beach Loutra. Fully equipped with everything you need for a long stay. From the moment we arrived, through our stay, Efi and Alex went above and beyond to make us welcome and ensure we enjoyed the trip. We visited the whole island based from here. it's no problem to get around. If you are looking for a place with plenty of space, quiet, well looked after, great views and best of all fantastic hosts you can't go wrong staying here.

Excellent location and views! Our stay was really lovely and the hosts magnificent - always there to offer help. The room was very spacious and clean and had all the comforts. We enjoyed it very much and wish we could’ve stayed longer!
