The service, hospitality and friendliness of Katerina was great. The studio was small, however complete, with a nice balcony and it was super clean. Location is also very good. We definitely would like to come back in the future. Thanks again for everything

Katerina is very nice and helpful and our flat was great. Very comfortable and with everything needed to cook. It is authentic and well furnished. The village of Agios Ioannis is a good spot to relax and enjoy the seaside and visit the villages in the mountain. We really enjoyed our stay there and the very friendly welcoming from Katerina. Definitely recommended!

“Feel like at home - lovely apartment in Agios Ioannis”

Very nice appartment just a 2-5 minutes walk to the beautiful beaches of Papa Nero, Plaka Beach and the beach of Agios Ioannis. All necessary shops and restaurants are also in Walking distance nearby, but of course to enjoy all the wonderful places around (and Therme are really many!), you'll need a car. The host was very friendly, caring and helpful and surprises us every morning with a lovely homemade treat for breakfast, so we felt very welcomed and almost like a part of the family. The apartment was cleaned every day, has an air condition and a nice little balcony with even small seaview - we simply love it at Katerinas 😊 Get up early at least once during your holiday and enjoy the sunrise at Agion Ioannis and don't miss to visit

Everything!!! From location to cleanliness this place is a little gem. And so close to the seaside! What’s the best though is Katerina, honestly the sweetest host i’ve ever meet. She surprised us every day with breakfast and homemade snacks and super welcoming and helpful.

Katerina is an amazing woman and she helped us in everything we ask. The room was clean and it had everything we needed.

This is probably best place to stay in Agios Ioannis. Comfortable studio at few steps from the beach. Every day cleaning, sea view from the balcony and kind hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay there. Thanks to Mrs. Katerina and her family we feel at home.

“Recommending the host and the apartment :)”

The apartment was big and spacious, with two terraces, 10m from the sea, Agios Ioannis beach, and 500m from Papa Nero beach. Katerina is excellent host. She greed us with fresh fruits (figs were delicious) and each morning we were surprised with some homemade cookies. She cleaned the rooms every day (which we didn't expect) and we always had clean sheets and towels. We have a kid, and Katerina borrowed us some additional toys for the beach.

“Perfect place to stay in Agios Inoannis!”

Katherina's apartment was the perfect place to stay in Agios Ioannis! It is just across the street from the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants and cafés. Katherina is a super friendly and helpfull host, as well as her daughters! Every morning we where treated with homemade baking or fresh food from the garden. ❤️ The beds are comfortable, the airconditioning worked well and the apartment is super clean. We had the family room on the grond floor, with our own private terrace with beautiful plants and a large table to eat and play games.

Katerina’s apartments are so conveniently located just off the beach. They are spotlessly clean and from our balcony we had a relaxing sea view. Katerina is so welcoming and friendly, and surprised us daily with freshly baked treats and gorgeous fruit. It was an incredible, faultless place to stay and we can’t wait to return.
