The hotel is in an excellent location with a beautiful view. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The owners were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

Great rooms, excellent views and an extremely hospitable host sums up our stay here. The hotel itself is at a height with views of the Prespa lake and the village from the very large balcony adjoining the room. The room itself is very large with a large bathroom with high quality amenities. There is a provision for tea and coffee in the room with a small restaurant for breakfast and coffee above a flight of stairs. We arrived to a warm welcome by the host and greeted with hot coffee. Cookies just out of the oven were served free. Breakfast was prepared by the hostess’ mom and it was very elaborate, freshly made and delicious. We were not aware of this and had requested an early breakfast at 6.30 am and felt a bit bad about waking her up so early. However she was all smiles and spoke to us about India in Greek through her interpreter (daughter). They invited our guide for breakfast though he was staying somewhere else. There is a restaurant in the village about 5-7 mins walk from the property that’s very lively and serves great food.

Fantastic location looking over the town to the Lake. What a wonderful host and beautiful spot for us to stay. The food for breakfast was phenomenal and they could not do enough for our stay. It was fantastic!!! The room, with a view across the town, was exceptional.

The room was spotless with a magnificent view. The hostess was lovely. Her lack of English could have been a bit of an issue but she also spoke German and that worked for us.

Lovely hosts. Γεωργία could not have been more friendly and helpful. The name Panorama is not for nothing, the view over the stone village and the lakes behind is fantastic. Great bathroom and balcony. There is a delightful 17 year old dog, Sue.

The guest house is located at the highest point in Agios Germanos. The view of Prespes Lake,from the balconi, is breathtaking. The room is basic but spacious and very clean. The owner of the place is professional and pleasant. The breakfasts, rich, excellent. Personal service, and everything was fresh and very tasty to us. Access by car to the guest house is a bit challenging the first time, the GPS is not accurate. But when you know the way there is no problem. The village is a good starting point for tours in the lake area. In the village there is an information center for tourists and a tavern that serves delicious food.

Perfect place to visit the Prespa resort. We had a room with great panorama view. Great hospitality and excellent breakfast. Recommend to contact the tourist office downtown, just opposite of the taverna, for guided tours.

This guesthouse has the best location in the whole village, rooms have unforgettable view of the Prespa lake and the mountains in Albania beyond - the secret is in the name! Charming proprietor who serves the most generous and delicious breakfasts! Enjoyed several pleasant walks starting from the property, and there is easy access to all the attractions in the region.
