“My favorite place in Greece”

Nice location, only few steps from the great beach, from the good tavernas and stores. Fantastic view from the balcony. Swimming pool. Fabulous breakfast. Big parking lot. It was my second time there, but I will go back again.

“Wonderful place”

The rooms are authentic, clean, and feature a well-equipped kitchenette. Mosquito nets are on all windows and doors. Large balconies overlook the beautiful bay and Skiathos, with outdoor furniture for dining. The grounds are well-maintained, with pine trees, fruit trees, and flowers. A clean, beautiful pool overlooking the sea is in the garden with sun loungers. Parking is nearby, under the trees. Breakfast is served at the beach cafe; the selection is varied, including delicious coffee, egg dishes, yogurt, sweets, fruit, and more. The hosts, a family, are very kind and responsive, and they are always willing to accommodate any requests. The hostess, Fotinia, speaks English. She is a very bright and pleasant woman, true to her name. Thank you, Fotinia! Opposite the apartments is the pier, from where you can take a water taxi to Skiathos for 20 euros. A special advantage of Katigiorgis is its two excellent tavernas on the beach, where you can find delicious food, fish, and seafood at reasonable prices. There's also a small supermarket. It's a truly relaxing place.

“ABSOLUTELY ANOTHER GEM OF A FIND IN THE PELION”

An absolutely fantastic gem of a find! We only booked for 3 nights but wished we had stayed for a week...The hotel isn't modern and is a bit old, but everything worked in our room. It was very clean. We do not cook on holidays but the kitchenette had the basics you'd require for doing a simple meal. We had a small balcony overlooking the beach and Skiathos and the Pool. The gardens are lovely and the Pool is really nice on it's elevated position. The owner's wife, Eleni, is sooooo nice and warm. We ate dinner every night at the same Restaurant as it was that good and the service from the owner's Son, Demitrius, was excellent and friendly! It is next door to Studio Avra's Cafe. We particularly loved the plentiful and home made Breakfast at the Cafe every day. Eleni asked what type of Eggs you prefer. Fresh Orange juice, fresh Bread and proper Coffee of your choice were served too, as well as fresh fruit, great Yoghurt, etc... We had Cappuccinos. The owner's son also served in the Cafe and is very nice. I bought the best biscuits/cakes here...It isn't easy to find this Hotel, even though I put the coordinates in my SatNav. It took us right up to the little beach/Village by the supermarket. We asked for help at the supermarket. The very kind gentleman owner, called Timos at the Cafe belonging to Studios Avra, came to meet us, got in our car and showed us where to go. Everyone is really friendly in this village. This hotel really is a gem. In Season, you can even get a little boat to Skiathos and back. Tourist boats visit this little village for lunch from Skiathos as well. TIP: As you reach the little village, there is an obscure tarred road on your right hand side. Take it. It becomes a dirt road with a left sharp bend. Follow this road round and it is Tarred again, up a little hill and then round to the left, which takes you into the untarred carpark of the hotel, where you can park under trees.

The best thing about this place is the location and the view! The staff is very friendly and the beds are quite comfortable.

Great accommodation, all you need for a perfect holiday: clean apartment with balcony with fantastic sea view, delicious breakfast, big parking area, sandy beach and swimming pool nearby, hiking possibilities to 4 other beaches (Theotokos, Vlachorema, Vromoneri, Agrelia). And best of all, the nice and caring family that runs the place.

Nice apartman. Big parking area. Fantastic view from the balcony (bay, Skiathos Island). Great sandy beach (100 meters) with two perfect restaurants, two bars and two stores. Swimming pool! Super breakfast. We absolutely enjoyed our stay (I was there with my daughter). Price is OK!

The breakfast was fabulous. Very fresh. Local products.

Excellent breakfast, kind and considerate service from Dimitri & his parents. the pool was beautifully maintained and very private and peaceful but again with exceptional views.

The location is amazing. You have a stunning view from the poolside (and our room, since we had sea view) and it’s only a 5 min walk to the beach. We even had a delicious breakfast included, always with fresh fruit, yoghurt, cake and omelette. Really good value for the money! Besides that, the family that runs the apartments are super friendly and helpful. Really lovely people.

Perfect! :) The location is excellent, as is the view from the terrace, it is clean (a bit rustic), it has everything for a longer stay. The hosts are fantastic, really nice people. The breakfast is plentiful, tasty and with a view of the sea. We will definitely come again.

the location of the facility is perfect, close to the sea, the sea is very clean, the hosts and the service in their cafe is also perfect. rest for the soul

The owners (the whole family) was so kind and polite - we received every time a kind of compliments! The place is really on the top of the hills, the view is perfect and the pool is a big bonus ;)! The rooms are clear! The breakfast was more than enough for four of us! ;)

Pet friendly serene paradise in a small village of Pelion. Staff were exceptional, would definitely recommend! Just a min walk away from the beach.
