Amazingly peaceful and very clean. All I can say if you want to go around and explore you need a car otherwise the bus stop very close takes you to the city and lots of locations. The beach can be walking distance.

The apartment is ideal for four people – clean, functional, and well-equipped. There is a lovely garden with shaded parking and a fantastic gardener, Nicos, who was always ready to assist with anything extra we needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, even though we arrived late in the evening. The location is close to Thessaloniki Airport, which is ideal if you are arriving by plane at night. The neighborhood is peaceful and fairly close to the beach, with many other beaches easily accessible by car. We especially enjoyed a beautiful beach on the nearby cape, only a 10-minute drive away. The only minor downside is the proximity to a busy road, which can occasionally be heard, but it didn’t bother us during our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this apartment for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

The apartment is exactly as described, very easy to get to, excellent contact with the host. The beach is a five-minute walk away, restaurants and shops are about 15 minutes away. There is a bus stop right next to the apartment, from where you can get to Thessaloniki. The apartment has everything you need, perfect cleanliness and easy-to-maintain air conditioning. The host responded to our questions immediately and her advice was very useful.

The property was immaculately clean with Nicholas and wife maintaining the gardens and rooms. Property is located very close to the beach and about 20 min from Thessaloniki.

Clean, cleaning during the stay, well positioned air-conditioning, mosquito nets, baby cot, garden, kitchen sufficient for holiday cooking, easy walking distance to the beach, great staff - we had a priblem with broken toilet tank (our kid flushed to hard)- everything resolved neatly

The host was great, apartmant clean and nicely furnished. We stayed for two days, but it is comfortable for longer staying too. We had great time at Villa Kiza. The backyard is beautiful.

Apartment is beautiful very well decorated, comfy and very clean. They are also equipped with everything you need. We like the garden it was excellent. Host Magda was always available and helpful. We will definitely come again.
