Overview
Family owned and run, Paralia guest house are located by the beach of Agia Roumeli, only 20 metres from the seafront. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire property and the family’s fish tavern is right next door. Rooms are simply furnished and functional, with private bathroom with shower, air conditioning and a refrigerator. They each has an LCD TV, and most have a view of the sea. Fresh fish, lamb chops, boureki and stifado are some of the dishes served at the seafront tavern. The tavern is open all day, for breakfast, light snacks, ice creams and cooling drinks. Agia Roumeli is located at the end of the famous Samaria Gorge. The area offers many opportunities for activities, including trekking, swimming and snorkeling. A double kayak is available for rent.

The owner was a total legend. He gave us lots of guidance about the walk we planned, and even phoned the following evening to make sure we got there OK! The room was great and the restaurant was too. A brilliant place to stay.

Nice location with a friendly owner/manager. The apartment was nice, right next to the port. The beach is nearby, so it is a nice tavern right downstairs.

Fantastic place to stay, very welcoming owner Nikos and all staff. Food in Taverna fresh and tasty, especially the grilled fish. Room comfortable, everything worked. Close to everything. Thanks, highly reccomended.

Perfect location by the sea. It was nice to stay in nice, simple room with everything you need for short stay. Beautiful view from the room balcony to the sea. The quitest AC. Delicious breakfast in Paralia taverna.

Great accommodation in Agia Roumeli – very clean and well located, with beautiful view and excellent value for money. There’s a lovely taverna just downstairs with delicious food, and Mr. Nikos is incredibly friendly and helpful.

“Great stay and location”
Excellent location close to ferry port so we could watch the boats come in from our balcony. Tbe host was kind enough to allow us to check into our room which meant we could leave our bags before walking to the gorge. Breakfast was good.

Wonderful room that was updated and extremely clean. Nikos kindly let me in early. Good food in restaurant too with lovely staff.
