“A relaxing and peaceful stay”

The apartment is located in a beautiful setting overlooking the Agia Pelagia Bay, with stunning views that create a true sense of tranquility. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature and the sea. The accommodation is newly built in a charming traditional architectural style and suited our needs perfectly as a family of two adults and three children under the age of 10. It was comfortable, well-designed, and provided everything we needed for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Excellent! The bed is comfortable and has the right number of pillows, the shower/toilet were exceptionally clean (and there is a cleaning service every day) and the kitchen has most of the basic equipment you need to cook everyday meals. Outside on the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view even when it’s hot because there is nice shade from trees. Shoutout to the lady doing the cleaning, she was great :) the whole service was superb and they were prompt to help whenever we had requests or questions, if I could give more than 10, I would!

The owner Zac made every effort late at night to resolve a problem we had getting into the property. In the end he called his father to come around and let us in.

Zacharias and his wife were very welcoming, friendly and helpful during our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a small balcony that catches the sun from morning until around 6pm. The small kitchenette enabled meal preparation. Daily room service was a lovely bonus. The whole apartment building is very well maintained. The surroundings are stunning with plenty of walking and swimming opportunities. A small mini market in the village has everything you need, plus a few restaurants on the front. Very close in Karavas is a lovely bakery where you can buy fresh bread and get any coffee of your choosing. I recommend you have a car to make the most of exploring the beautiful island.

The view is breathtaking. You can see the sun come up. It was very quiet and very and very comfortable. Our host check in with us everyday to make sure all was ok.

Well sized apartment for two with inside and outside living.Easy walk down to Agia Pellagi. Responsive owner and good cleaner.. Not necessarily appreciated is the shade on the terrace, which in summer is necessary. In Agia Pelagia with two good shops for groceries and our favourite vege shop.

“Outstandingly beautiful.”

We booked the room with the garden which was utterly delightful. It gave the holiday so much joy as we really enjoyed spending time at the property as it was so relaxing. It offered both sun and shade at all times. The property was in excellent condition and very clean and met all our needs. It was very comfortable and very well maintained and we felt blessed to have stayed there and would return again in an instant. It was in a great location walking distance to a choice of local tavernas and beaches that made the evenings very relaxing. The town itself is stunningly beautiful and we felt so blessed to have experienced such a beautiful place. The owners could not be more helpful in guiding us to the property and making contact.

This was our favourite apartment on the whole trip and one of top 3 so far! We absolutely loved the terrace and the view from it. The apartment is very nice, they also clean it every day. The parking place is provided and the owners are very friendly. There is possibility of self check in if nobody is there to wait for you.

It was spacious with equipped kitchen. It had available parking and nice view. Nearby the village of Agia Pelagia.

very easy - met the host at the port and followed them to the apartment. Host is super friendly and an awesome knowledgebase of where to go and where to eat. Apartment is in a nice quiet area with a great view to agia pelagia beach. Comfy beds, and the room was getting cleaned daily which is just amazing. All windows have mosquite net which come in very usefull and the ac helps on the super hot days. Parking right outside the apartment.Thank you and will definately be back.

The apartment was amazing!!! Mr Zaharias and his father was one of the most frindly people that we have had ever meet. Apartment and the location are fully recommended. We will choose to stay there again in our next visit.

Zarthea Apartments have a beautiful position overlooking the water! Our host was amazing and met us extremely late at night to guide us to our apartment in Kythira! Everything was extremely comfortable and clean in the apartment which was quite large and modern!
