I think it’s worth starting with the fact that we didn’t really believe the reviews left by previous guests of this beautiful villa. They seemed suspiciously positive to us. But it turned out to be the most wonderful place we have ever stayed during a vacation. Lovely, kind, sociable, and responsive people, always ready to help. We honestly can’t remember experiencing such hospitality in a long time. In my childhood, I used to spend every summer at a seaside cottage. This place brought me back to the same warm and pleasant atmosphere. It truly feels as if you are visiting good friends. I would also like to highlight the perfect cleanliness, the well-kept grounds, the pleasant quietness away from the road, the beautiful sea view, and the convenient location. It’s very easy to reach any place, whether by bus or by car — be it beaches, restaurants, or the northern part of the island. Our deepest gratitude for the way you treat your guests. “Highly recommended place”

The place is located in the middle of the road Skiathos town and Koukounaries beach, very close to the one of the beaches and nearby to tavernas, supermarket and bus stop. The owner Elena is a sunny lady, always ready to help you with traveling tips, coffee and snacks etc. The suite is rather basic furnished, but was very clean and every 2 days was towels changed and cleaned, which is quite rare frequency nowadays :)

What a lovely nine days that we have spent at villa frideriki. Elena is such a wonderful heartwarming person that took care of us like we are family. From the wonderful evenings talking and meeting other guests to the quite mornings with a wonderful see view. A total recommendation if you are looking for a place to relax, have a great time and meeting interesting people with various life experiences. The rooms are extremely clean, spacious and have everything that you need. Every room is getting clean and organized every two days. Parking is available for every room. The beach is three minutes away walking distance, plenty of restaurants, nearby and a bus stop right down the street.

The property was not in the centre of Skiathos, but super close to nice and easily accessible beaches! The host (Elena) has been amazing and able to accommodate all the needs we had, giving us very good food and sightseeing recommendations!

“A delightfully relaxing stay with helpful, thoughtful hosts.”

The hosts are such delightful family super helpful with making our trip memorable, working out what we would enjoy eg local hikes and giving us tips on beaches and restaurants to try, helping us to hire a 4x4 for a few days, lending us lightweight beach towels, a coffee machine a sewing kit to mend a broken bag. The cleaning was to a high level. The balcony was sheltered and the view was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The villa is conveniently located, not far from the coastline, the room has everything for a comfortable stay. And if you need anything, you can get it from the hosts. Since I was with a child, we were offered a room on the first floor - it was convenient and safe. The villa is not far from popular beaches. Public transport runs on schedule, if you want to get to the capital of the island or interesting points.

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa in Federikke. The villa looks even better than in the photos – everything was extremely comfortable and convenient. The view was amazing, and the place was spotlessly clean. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Elena and her mother were incredibly caring and attentive, responding to all our requests and even going beyond. They even gave us rides to town with the kids and offered help with anything we needed. It truly felt like visiting family – warm, welcoming, and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

The whole apartment and the environment are clean all the time, Elena is an amazing host, and not to mention the view from the balcony, that is just marvelous.

Villa Frederiki is a lovely place, and the location couldn’t be better. Walking distance from many restaurants and supermarkets, close to the bus stop, but very quiet and peaceful. Elena and Frederiki are the best hosts. They made us feel right at home and were very attentive to all our needs.

Elena and her mother are so friendly and helpful, they add another dimension to your holiday. Room was spacious and clean.Very comfortable bed and decent shower. A very convienient place to stay, although the short walk back up the hill did cause a bit of puffing!!

Beautiful, calm location, breathtaking views both to the mountains and to the sea from the large balcony of our apartment. Beach, tavernas, supermarkets, bus stations at walking distance. Halfway on road between main city and most acclaimed beach of the island. Not luxurious (we didn.t search for it, insted we looked for peaceful, traditional greek atmosphere), but impeccably clean. Above all, amaizing hosts (Elena and her mother Friderika) - we felt like beeing home.

The hostess Elena is the kindest soul you will ever meet. Elena and her mother make the stay at Villa Frideriki amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. She will collect you from the port/airport and welcomes you into her home and speaks with everyone of her guests. She truly made our stay exceptional. We have stayed in many places around the world but I have never met anyone as kind as obliging as Elena. She even arranged Pastitsio to be made at a local taverna for us all. Anything you ask she will sort it if she can. We will definitely return.
