““Exceptional! Everything was even better than expected…””

A modern villa with a breathtaking view. Beautifully designed with wonderful details. The photos truly reflect the reality. The owner was kind and welcoming, always ready to assist us whenever we needed anything. The villa, the pool, and the outdoor areas were cleaned in a daily basis. On my next visit to the island, I would definitely be delighted to stay in the same villa again.

“Unbeatable place to stay”

Skiathea Villas sits on top of a hill with amazing 270° views towards the sea. Our Villa was incredibly clean and well looked after. Philippos, the owner, looked after us incredibly well. He found amazing local restaurants places to go and even organised higher of a jeep and a rib to circumnavigate the island.

“Gorgeous villa with stunning sea views”

The villa is just gorgeous with absolutely stunning sea views... probably one of the best you can find on the whole island. The inside and outside areas are beautiful and immaculate with a gorgeous pool area and lovely dining seating area to make the most of the view.. Mary comes in daily to clean, and the whole experience really is 5 star. It's definitely one of the best places we've ever stayed in. Philippos, the host is incredibly welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble, from arranging car hire to meeting us off the ferry and showing us to the villa aswell as taking our luggage to the airport as it wouldn't fit in our jeep! He is very happy to book restaurants & organise day trips...nothing is too much trouble. The villa is just off the main road in Skiathos up a dirt track (so a jeep is recommended!).It's an ideal location as it's a lovely tranquil setting but very close to lots of beaches and a short car/bus trip to all the restaurants, shops & bars in Skiathos Town.plus close to some local tavernas with the best being Jasteri restaurant. We would definitely visit Skiathea villas again and would highly recommend it!!

“Fantastic Views - Very Relaxing, Lovely Pool and well worth a stay,”

Skiathea Villas B - was set high on the hill away from the busy areas, with a fantastic view, lovely pool and had many areas for relaxing. It was very quiet and the Villa had 2 separate units with its own bed, kitchen and bathroom, which worked well for 2 couples. Philippos arranged a hire car for us and Effi met us at the port to show us to the villa and provided lots of information on Skiathos. Mary was on hand every day to keep the Villa nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable, towels and linen very clean. Kitchen well equipped. When we had no electric one morning we found a gas stove to boil water for our tea and eggs for breakfast.

Perfect Villa for a family of four. Very nice pool and great views on sea and surrounding hills. Philippos is a very nice host who have us great tips for beaches and excursions.

The owner met us at the airport and guided us to the villa, he was extremely helpful for the whole holiday, giving advice on the best locations and help to book them. The villa was amazing, the infinity pool and views were incredible. The villa is a very high standard, exceptionally clean, the villa was cleaned daily. A 5* villa for a great price.

Had a great time at Villa B, 1 of 3 amazing properties in the complex, but all very private. The view is incredible. Great private pool. Fantastic location to beaches and restaurants. Philippos is a great host. Arranged a jeep at the airport, which I would recommend to explore the island, and also a boat trip with just a few other passengers which was a very enjoyable day out. Would recommend and will be back again.

“Perfect place for a holiday”

Skiathea villas is an amazing place. It sits right on the top of the hill with a view that stretches for miles. It’s brilliantly located between the best beaches and is not far from the thriving Skiathos main town. The best part though is being the perfect place to sit and watch the sun set everyday over the emerald green mountains nestled next to the beautifully blue Aegean Sea. Some of the best sunsets we’ve had. The pool is amazing, warm, clean and refreshing. And the outdoor space for eating, relaxing and playing some backgammon is superb. The host Phillipos made sure we didn’t want for anything during our stay. He welcomed us at the airport, sorted us out with a 4x4 quad bike to explore the island on and filled our heads with brilliant ideas for excursions and delicious recommendations for places to eat - he even shared some of his home grown melons and home made local spirits. He seemed like his main motivation was the absolute relaxation and happiness of his guests. What a great place to stay.

“Lovely stay in Skiathos”

The view was astonishing. The host was excellent. He was very friendly, always willing to assist! He gave us very good proposals on the best beaches, restaurants and how to rent a jeep in order to visit the most beautiful beaches! The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly! The pool very nice! We had an excellent time in Skiathea villa and we definitely recommend it!

The whole experience here was amazing. Philippos -the owner- was a great host, he greeted us personally when we arrived, gave us lots of helpful hints and recommendations about what to visit on the island as well as helping to organise the events. The house was perfect for us, well equipped with everything we needed ( iron facilities, hair dryer, coffee machine, beach towels..), and it was cleaned every day. We loved sitting on the terrace and near the pool, there was breathtaking view from there. Perfect for morning workout / relax at the pool, and running directly from the house to different paths. Best choice ever in Skiathos!

“Fantastic stay with breathtaking view!”

We stayed in Villa B with two suites at Skiathea Villas and had a wonderful time (me and my husband shared one suite, our teenage kids the other). We are always looking for sea views when booking our accomodation and the one at Skiathea Villas was really breathtaking! The villa is situated on a small hill which gives you a fantastic view of the sea as well as beautiful green and soft mountains wherever you look - while taking a swim in the nice pool, sitting on a comfortable sunchair or taking a walk in the beautiful surroundings behind the villa. So nice and relaxing! Loved the style and design of the villa with all its small and charming details. The outside dining area (with ceiling and well-needed shadow) between the two suites was just perfect for unforgettable morning coffees, dinners and spending time together. The suites were cleaned every day. Plenty of beaches nearby, best to reach by car (renting a car is recommended). Philippos, the owner, was very helpful and friendly right from the start, easy to communicate with and always willing to help us with whatever requests we had. Thank you Philippos for everything! We would like to come back and are already looking forward to our next visit!
