Very well located, sorrounded by many taverns but still few steps away from the main road, no noise in the evening. Clean and spacious apartment. Friendly owner.

As I was travelling with my little daughter, I've been looking for an accomodation that offers a fridge and a little kitchenett with everything necessary. My little one is quite picky on food, so I wanted to have the possibility to cook. That's what I got here. The beach was in short walk distance and the main bus connection of the island passed by on a road just 5 min away.

Toilet seat was loose on bowl. Only one electric cooking ring worked, but didn’t bother me as it was sufficient for my needs.

Bellina Studios is ideal for a relaxing and seaside holiday. The beach of Aghia Paraskevi is among the most beautiful in Skiathos and is easily reachable on foot. In the Studios a spectacular view, always ventilated room, balcony with a magnificent view. Restaurants and grocery stores are a few steps away. The owner Mrs. Mellina is friendly and ready to give you all the information you need. There is a large parking lot. Room cleaned every day. Well-equipped kitchenette. Large room with comfortable beds. Tables, chairs, TV, wardrobe, air conditioning, nothing is missing. Bellina Studios highly recommended.

nice size room, great location (5 mins walk to bus stop 16, 8 mins to the lovely sandy beach). several excellent tavernas nearby.

Excellent location for Agia Paveskevi beach. Air con worked well. Host very nice and helpful.

The property has everything you would want, it was comfy, clean and the location overall is great with it being less than a 5 minutes walk to the beach and 3 minutes from the skiathos princess.

We had all we needed, rooms were clean and spacious. Internet was good.

The house is close to the bus station and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants are close by and everything can be reached easily by foot. The host was there when we arrived, so we received the key from her directly. The host was very helpful and provided lots of information around our stay in Skiathos. The beds are very comfy and room service is available every day to make the beds and provide new towels and bed linen regularly as needed. It is a quiet place and the AC is working properly, which was important during the hot days and nights in July when we were there.

The apartments are very close to the best beaches of the island

Unfortunately, not all Greeks are trustworthy and empathetic. We booked here late in the evening but only stayed for a maximum of 20 minutes. Our agency had already booked something else for us in the meantime. We tried to talk and recover at least part of the amount, but the lady refused. She thought she would get rich with the 70 euros we gave her, which basically came as a bonus for her. Very sad. Surely, she will lose customers in the long run... an unforeseen fine or something. It's a shame she doesn't know that such gestures don't bring prosperity, quite the opposite. So, I recommend avoiding this owner. The rooms smelled very bad, they were outdated, and there was no mosquito net

it was really clean, good location and the stuff were really nice and friendly… only the wi-fi wasn’t working during my stay.
