“Secluded and peaceful stay”

The service from Demi and her team was exceptional, she was like a proper welcoming host -- now rare on platforms such as these. The small gifts for guests, the clear and effective communication and problem solving was appreciated. The villa itself is a great place to park up in Samos. Beautiful pool and views and kitchen well stocked for meal making. Fresh towels and cleaning service was included, so we had some of the benefits of a hotel, but a spacious villa for our multi-generational stay. The nearby restaurant is great too.

We stayed in the yellow villa here for a week and had a wonderful holiday. The house met all our needs, and the lovely host, Demi, had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. She was always in touch with us before and after our arrival, helping us with everything. There's a lovely restaurant on the beach near the house, where you can enjoy fresh fish daily. A little higher up, there's a wonderful area with an incredible sea view, making it a perfect morning walk. Samos is a wonderful island full of beauty. This house is a lovely, warm home that perfectly suits the island. It was an unforgettable holiday for us, and it's truly hard to go back. We thank Demi for all her help and everything 🌸

“Spacious pool villa with wonderful views”

We loved everything about this villa including its remote location in a quiet bay with amazing views and at walking distance to the beach and a wonderful restaurant. It was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed - and of course the wonderful pool and 2 patios to change between to be in the shade. Demi was an excellent host, easy to communicate with and seemed very caring about us as guests - and we would be happy to come back to stay here again.

I highly recommend this place! The highlight of our stay was the incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful owner. She was always available on WhatsApp to answer all our questions and provided guidance even before our arrival. She offered great tips on what to see and how to spend our time on the island. We were also greeted with the nicest welcome package we have ever received, and we've visited many similar properties. We won't spoil the surprise for others, but it was a delightful touch that made our stay even more special. The villa is located in a secluded area, far from any towns or villages. This is something to consider if you’re not renting a car on the island, as reaching the villa can be challenging without one. However, the peace and quiet in the surroundings make it the perfect place to relax, with no tourists around. The surroundings of the villa are wonderful, filled with blooming, fragrant trees. The villa itself is very pleasant. It was spotlessly clean and well-maintained with the daily cleaning of the pool. The kitchen is equipped with the basics—plates, glasses, pots, and pans. The property provides towels, both for the bathroom and the pool, which is a nice touch.

The villa was nice and clean, very spacious. The bathroom was lovely. We loved the welcome we had from Demi and the delicious cake. The location is very quiet, but we liked that. Samos is a stunning island, well worth visiting.

“Pleasant stay and a great host.”

We booked at Mouzakis Villas (the Yellow Villa) kind of on short notice (1-2 hours) because we had to move out from another accommodation due to poor sanitary conditions, but we were warmly greeted by the host in person, she had even baked a cake for our girls. The apartment was freshly cleaned and ready for us. The cleaning lady came 2 times a week to clean the villa. We've had all we needed for the stay there. The pool was cleaned every other day (or when it was too hot, daily to prevent the algae from building). The communication with Demi is very straightforward and easy and she goes to great lengths to make sure that the guests feel comfortable during their stay at Mouzakis Vilas. Because of this booking, we even had a 10% price reduction on the meals in a nearby taverna. Overall a first-class experience.
