Huge room with French door and fly screens for fresh air. Functional kitchen and eating area. Adequate bathroom. Exceptionally clean, simple, good decor. Surrounded by gardens, good degree of privacy. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed.

The hotel's location is right between the central Agia Marina, where the ferry port is located, and Alinda. Being within walking distance of both was excellent. The hotel's street location ensures a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Our room overlooked the courtyard and green garden. The view from the balcony was wonderful. I must say that the convenience and comfort of the spacious room, with its balcony, entrance, kitchen, and a few steps down, exceeded our expectations. The balcony was also very well equipped with a table, chairs, and a portable hanger. The room also had a spacious wardrobe, which was another plus. In addition, our room was cleaned and towels changed daily. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, the warm and welcoming approach of our dear Ksenia, the comfort of the hotel, and the clean and functional furnishings. Utopia Hotel Apartments is a great choice for value. If I ever return to Leros, I will definitely stay at this charming hotel again.

“A nice return visit to Utopia”

This was our second visit to Utopia and everything was fine - staff are welcoming and helpful and the apartments are set around a nice garden. Rooms are quiet, a good size, comfortable and facilities are fine. The apartments are a bit of a walk from Agia Marina (15 mins or so), but this is not difficult. The beach in the bay is OK and is only a two minute walk from the apartments.

It was spacious, with 2 outside spaces - one terrace, one balcony. It was clean. The bed upstairs was huge and very comfortable. Very good aircon.

The space, location to the beach and cleanliness made this a great stay. As we had to get another ferry the following day sadly we only spent 1 night here, we would’ve happily stayed longer. The lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and the hotel is very well maintained with a picturesque setting. The amount of space we were given in our 2 story apartment and the quality of the space exceeded our expectations.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Set in very pretty gardens the rooms very clean and comfortable, great beds. We only stayed one night but from our experience we would certainly stay longer in the future .

A wonderful place to stay: spacious rooms, spotlessly clean, and an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The property features a beautifully maintained garden full of gorgeous flowers, which makes the atmosphere even more special. What impressed me most was the professionalism of the hosts. Unlike many places that can feel pushy or purely profit-driven, here everything was genuine, respectful, and centered on making guests feel truly welcome. The hosts also shared fascinating background information about the island and its sights, and as a lovely extra, they even take care of the local cats – something that truly deserves an extra star.

The apartment was amazing and the staff wonderfull, we really enjoyed our stay here in Leros!

Lovely place with very friendly staff. Nice garden and not too far from the sea.

I slept so good, and they clean the room every single day. They take care of you for real. I have tried more than one place on the island, but there is no comparison

-10 mln walk to agina marina port -2 min walk to the sea -very nice garden with trees and lots of different flowers like a paradise -very tastefully furnished apartment -very helpful host -powerful wifi -peaceful and quiet -cleaned every day i highly recommend this place to everyone

Everything was great, the staff were very polite, and helped us with everything we needed. They even arranged for us to stay longer at the day of our departure. I strongly recommend it.
