“Clean, comfortable stay in a great location with friendly communication”

Good choice in a great location, within a short walking distance from Agia Marina. The room and the hotel were clean, and for a simple stay with the basics, it was perfectly fine. Communication with the hostess was very good, and everything was easy.

Absolutely recommendable accommodation. Dina's customer service is worth mentioning. She's also the person in charge of keeping the facilities in perfect condition. Due to a personal issue, I was forced to cancel part of my stay, and Dina helped me do so without any problems. Platanos Rooms also has an excellent location, at a walkin distance from both, Agia Marina and Panteli . From my room, I could see the sea and the castle. A real luxury! Downstairs, there's a cafe that serves delicious breakfasts with an excellent customer service, and 40 meters away, a fantastic souvlatzidiko taverna with very good food at a very good price. I don't give Platanos Rooms a 20 because Booking doesn't allow me to do it. If I return to Leros, I'll definitely stay here again...

Great value for money. Exactly as in the pictures, or rather better, as I expected the room to feel a bit worn. But it only feels pleasant and extremely clean.

The room was absolutely clean, every day cleaning and the location fantastic , right on the centre of Platanos with nice views

- Pricing was value for money compared to other accommodation in the area. - Room was high up on the second floor with a view of old mansions. - There was continuously hot, boiling water, even late at night and early morning. I shave facial hair daily and that was very convenient. - The owner had provided few snacks, but most importantly 2 little bottles of water. That was very much appreciated as I arrived on a hot day. - The internet password was clearly marked on a note on the mirror, so no need to ask for it. - The owner kept the information flow till making sure I was OK, and was discreet not to over-communicate when not required. - What amazed me was that the rooms were cleaned and tidied up nearly daily. I haven’t seen that in any mid-range accommodation in Europe lately. After returning from work, I always found the room cleaned and the bed sheets and duvet were made as they were on Day 1. The garbage was removed without messing with my personal stuff. - The rooms are above a sports bar that seemed very popular, also next to a grill house and a restaurant/cafe. There is also a bakery, a pastry shop, a mini market and a sports equipment shop within walking distance. The local bus stops in front of the rooms and there is a taxi typically parked at the same square.

“Perfect location in old village, easy walks to nearby beaches, port”

Great location, we were pleased we'd chosen this location. 5 min walk to ag marina, 10 min to Pantelli beach. There's a great spot doing gyros, Greek salad etc cheap nearby and a good couple of bars. Also a decent supermarket and bakers. The room we had was small but very clean, modern and well equipped. The view of the old town and castle superb, but the balcony not big enough to sit on unfortunately. Some rooms do have a balcony. Really glad we stayed there, good value.

Great accommodation for a short stay on the island. Very centrally located, very clean, with water in the fridge, tea and coffee facilities and complimentary delicacies. Mini drying rack in the bathroom which I found very useful, as there was no balcony available.

Clean and comfortable, a good budget stay that had everything I needed. Fridge, kettle, hot shower, and air conditioning. The owner was friendly and helpful.

Clean room overlooking the village square, comfy bed, fridge and kettle in the room. Tina is a lovely lady and very helpful. Amazing value for money!

Good value. The room we had was very clean, with soundproof windows and comfortable bed. AC worked perfectly well. The location was great, next to the grill house, cafeteria, bakery and even a decent grocery store. Walking distance to the Agia Marina port.
