“Amazing value for money”

The Villa is situated close to absolutely everything, you are in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, markets, and there is a supermarket right next to the it. The villa itself does not have a pool, but you can use the one from the same propriety situatet about 100 meters away. The administrator in extremely nice and helpful with any request you might have. The room was exactly as in the pictures, and was kept clean and nice during our stay. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Perfect location to explore the west part of the island. Very clean and the staff very friendly. They live there and ready to help if you need. The garden is very nice and well kept. You can use the swimming pool 100m away. You definitely need a car to explore the island. The sea in front of the villa is ok but there are many more beaches, some really breathtaking, 30/40min away by car.

“Excellent”

The location of Villa Merabello is absolutely brilliant in my opinion. The reason for this is the fact that the villa is located a bit higher up the hill (about 200m from the main road) which makes it a bit more peaceful, but at the same time there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within a walking distance. It is also close to the Agia Marina beach which was lovely.

The location was fantastic close enough to the beach and the main road where you could visit it easily if you wanted but not so close that you were directly affected by noise etc. The location was also close to a lot of incredible food options which we ate plentifully and had a fantastic time. Kostas, the host, and the cleaners were all very polite, communicative and kind and it was a fantastic experience overall.

We spent the incredible 10 days in a villa with my friend and our 4 children. The apartment was big enough to accommodate all of us. The garden is just perfect for kids to play there. 50m from the villa there is a small shop with first need products, it works every day till 11 pm. A bigger supermarket and other shops, restaurants, and bars are on the next street. The way to the beach might seem to be a bit tricky - we were using the hotel elevator across the street to go down so it took us not more than 2-3 minutes to get there, but if you go in the street it will be longer and further. Another nice thing is the possibility of using the apartments' swimming pool, which is about 150m from the villa. So everything you might need for a comfortable vacation is very close to the villa, there was nothing we could not find there. And also the host is always ready to help you with whatever you ask him.

Great house with a beautiful garden and a big terrace

“Excelent”

The villa is very beautiful, with a spacious terrace and a well-kept garden, located in a quiet area but close to the beach, and the apartment we stayed in is spacious, beautifully decorated, with a traditional vibe, and very clean - Ana cleans daily , to a very high standard. In addition to the facilities shown in the description, it has a washing machine - if we had known we would have taken less luggage. Kostas, our host was very kind, always ready to help you with any problem. The atmosphere created is pleasant and peaceful. We had one of the best vacations ever! Thanks Ana and Kostas!

Good location, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars closeby and only a short 20 minute drive to Chania itself.

“Fabulous stay.”

We loved our apartment it was very bright and airy, big bedrooms and beautiful balcony it had everything we needed including pool towels. It was cleaned every day to a very standard by Ana. The pool area, gardens etc were all spotlessly clean and well maintained and a nice quiet atmosphere. The location was very good close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Kostos is an excellent host nothing too much trouble, we would definitely return to Villa Merabello. Thank you Kostos and Ana for your hospitality.

The peacefulness and size of our accommodation

Very nice place, loved the entrance vith the garden and so flowers, the room was big and near the city. The owner is polite and the room was clean every day. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, stoves and what so ever. Very appreciated the possibility to use the pool near by.

Lovely clean rooms, beautiful quiet pool and gardens (excepting a couple of noisy english kids for a few days) friendy and helpful staff. Great location away from noise of main road but close to restaurants, beach and buses into Chania.

Outside the main strip of Agia Marina away from the huge crowds. A supermarket is next door. Quiet and well maintained

Good pool. Close to beach and surrounded by markets and restaurants. Kitchen was sufficient for a few meals. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Location was awesome for the money spent, big enough to fit 8 persons, and suitable for couples. The host was awesome and he also let us use the pool near the villa (Merabello apartments). One thing to mention is that nobody can disturb you there, you also have a great yard with sunbeds. One in all, this was the perfect place for us (9 persons) in that area of Crete.
