“Absolutely perfectly placed and stunning villa.”

The villa was perfectly located, close to the beach, shops and restaurants (literally a 2-3 minute walk). There is an incline to the villa but it’s only for approx 50 metres. There was everything you could possibly need in the villa and it was very aesthetically pleasing and clean. The pool was enough for our needs. It would be too deep for young children though (approx 4ft 10 deep both ends). The pool man came twice during our week. The view was spectacular and we spent hours just relaxing and admiring it. Katerina was very attentive via what’s app, checking in from time to time and had fresh towels delivered to us during the week. There was a welcome basket with treats and water when we arrived which was a welcomed touch. We could hear music from the main roads restaurants but it wasn’t too loud and was quiet by about 10.30-11pm. Overall a lovely villa, which will tick all the boxes (and I’ve been to quite a few). This is one we will be returning to 😍

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Katerina in Agia Marina! The pool was perfect for the kids, and the rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The owners were absolutely wonderful to deal with and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend for a relaxing family holiday.

We are frequent travellers but this was our first villa holiday - we wanted some R&R with our adult children. This villa met all our needs - spacious, good facilities, lovely outdoor areas and fantastic location. Katerina was an excellent host, very accommodating prior to our arrival - she arranged our Airport transfer (thank you Polly for meeting us) - and the checked in throughout our stay. Thank you, we intend to return.

The villa was beautiful and perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location was excellent, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area.

Spacious Villa with shaded Balcony and outside dining area. Very useful with the heat we had during our stay. Lovely pool and Patio. Really convenient to the shops. We didn't bother to hire a car. The bus stop is close by. Good air-conditioning and loads of hot water for showering. We felt secure here for our personal belongings when we were out. Locks and shutters etc . Great correspondence from the owners.They were always looking to see if we needed anything. Good size fridge freezer and modern appliances. Very useful having the washing machine in a Villa, saves on packing more clothes. I would highly recommend Villa Katerina to everyone.

Beautiful villa with a lovely pool in a perfect location, quiet and yet close to supermarket, beach and restaurants.The villa, pool and grounds were immaculate. Views spectacular. Stayed for a week with my husband and grown up sons. we all loved it and would book it again.
