“More than a hotel - a place created with heart ❤️”

Our stay in Crete was absolutely wonderful, and this hotel was one of the highlights of our entire trip! The location is fantastic - just a short walk from a beautiful sandy beach, close to a bus stop, and surrounded by lovely restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops. What makes this place truly special? The people who create it, especially Angeliki! From the moment we arrived, we felt as if we were visiting good friends rather than staying at a hotel. Angeliki has a rare gift for making people feel welcome, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. Looking for the best local restaurant, beach, or shop? She knows exactly where to go. Got a sunburn? She'll somehow appear with fresh aloe vera! Need help, advice, or simply a chat? She's there <3 A woman of many talents and an incredibly warm-hearted person. The atmosphere she creates is something special. There was such a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality that I honestly felt my nervous system relax during our stay. This place has a wonderful energy that makes it easy to slow down and simply enjoy life. The entire team is amazing – kind, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and full of thoughtful details. We stayed in the Modigliani room and loved its unique character. Breakfast deserves a special mention – absolutely delicious! Homemade and local products, freshly squeezed juices, and plenty of variety. We also loved the small pool area, which was peaceful, comfortable, and never crowded – perfect for relaxing and recharging. And finally, I should mention that during our stay we had the honour of meeting Bon Jovi. Yes, Bon Jovi! In Crete! At this point, I'm not entirely sure whether this comes as a standard hotel amenity or if we were simply very lucky, but it certainly made an already wonderful holiday even more memorable :)) Thank you, Angeliki, and the entire team for creating such a special place <3

The breakfast was delicious with homemade food. The host, Angeliki, was really nice and helpful, and all the other staff was also great. The hotel has a charming and quiet garden, and it was less than 100 meter to the beach.

I'm so glad I found this hotel! Everything about our stay was perfect from the friendly staff to the clean and comfortable room. The peaceful atmosphere made it the ideal place to unwind. This will definitely be my place in the future whenever I need a few days to relax. Highly recommended!

Tree of life art hotel is a perfect oasis in the area of Agia Marina and Cato Stalos. Angeliki and her staff was welcoming and delivered the best possible service. Even though the hotel is near the road the hotel area is quiet and peaceful, with a pool area that offers good conditions for relaxation and sun. The breakfast is impeccable with a variety of foods. Either if you are traveling alone, or with family or friends I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay Angeliki was a fantastic host, nothing was to much trouble. Great atmosphere and Lovely breakfast lots of home made products. Beach was across the road. lovely restaurants and Chania you can get a bus a lovely place.

The host, Angeliki, is amazing and the staff were very nice, responsive and polite. We tried the massage with madam Eve which was both relaxing and therapeutic, the breakfast was a mix of local food and freshly made juice and eggs (i only had eggs made specially to my liking before at a 5 star hotel). The rooms were exceptionally clean and serviced daily. Madam Angeliki was very helpful and offered tailored advice on activities and was overall a radiant and pleasurable presence throughout our stay.

Angeliki and her staff were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them and any small problem we had they helped us solve immediately. Tree of Life Art Hotel is an oasis. As soon as you enter you are transported to a different world and the pace of life slows right down. Others have said how good the breakfasts are at Tree of Life. We can only repeat their comments. Breakfasts are to die for. The pool and pool area are clean and well maintained. Our room was clean, spacious and well appointed with a great balcony overlooking the pool and garden.

“The tree of life is a beautiful oasis of calm and positivity.”

A small, nice hotel with friendly hosts and staff. The breakfast with homemade food was a great start of the day. The hotel is close to the beach and many good restaurants - great location.

The location, pool, bar area, and staff were perfect. I highly recommend this place—10/10!

An extraordinary stay, a perfect host Angeliki, Maria and her breakfast with fresh orange juice, eggs and many other traditional things was beyond our expectations. The cleaning was impeccable - daily. And for the release of the room which should have been at 10 AM, we were unconditionally left as long as needed. Dear Angeliki, thank you for your hospitality

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, loved everything - the location, the facilities, the design and furnishing, exceptional choice for buffet style breakfast ...- everything is done with love and care at this place. Angeliki, the hostess, welcomed us at the doors and from that very moment we new - we're in good hands ! She and her husband provided us with everything we needed - from a beach umbrella to a very useful information for day trips on the island...They both managed to create a welcoming and unique atmosphere for each guest... indeed such a boutique hotel...

We stayed for ten days with Angeliki, Achilleas, and their wonderful team in one of the apartments right by the pool. From the very first moment, we felt completely at home thanks to everyone's warm and welcoming nature. This family-run hotel is truly a dream. The location is perfect – close to the beach, a little oasis nestled among other houses. We always received great recommendations for hikes, beaches, and local tavernas. The lovely breakfast by the pool was prepared with care and love by Maria (1). The room service by Maria (2) was also excellent. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality! It was a great place to stay — everything was lovely. The beach is just a few steps away, and the area is nice and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared by Chef Maria 🥰. Everything was perfect, except for a bit of noise from the cars outside — but honestly, it didn’t really matter, as we had a fantastic time overall. We had a wonderful stay in this lovely place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Rooms were cleaned daily. Bed was very comfortable. There is a nice park place in case you rent a car and if you don't there is a bus stop close to the hotel. Beautiful beach is just across the road. There are markets and very good restaurants nearby. Long story short, there is something for everyone. We can't thank you enough for this experience. I hope we meet again. Manuel&Eva
