Very good apartment in an excellent location. The beaches, supermarket, and several wonderful tavernas are all within easy reach. The host is friendly, responsive, and always available to help if needed. A great place to stay!

“Anytime again!”

Apartment: Really nice welcome by our host Vasilis, cute & clean Apartment. Small kitchenette with every you need (maybe 1 more bowl Vasilis :D), a comfy couch and balcony to relax. Bathroom with shower also very clean. Like custom in Grete: The toilet paper gets thrown in a seperate bin not in the toilet! This bin was cleared out every day around 11. There was a AC we didn't use, it probably worked quite alright. Location: Nice location not too close to Chania but very vibrant nevertheless. A lot of mini markets, ice cream shops and restaurants nearby, beach directly upfront. Also a small shower for the feet infront of the entrance. Also a life saver is on duty from 10 to 18 directly at the beach (flags indicating wether it is save to swim) Parking available infront with a small car & parking skills or directly at the bigger street. Even though there is a lot going on around this place even at night time, it was never noisy. We didn't hear the cars or the people, only the waves crashing onto the beach.

We stayed in the "Poseidon" apartments, which had a sea view. Quiet place, only 50 meters to the pleasant beach.

Only two minutes walk to the beach, staff lovely, beautiful family restaurant on beach with lovely staff and food was beautiful and organic, loads of options for me as I don’t eat meat. Loads of plug sockets and mirrors which is usually an issue.

The property was very clean and the owner was a sweetheart! Very welcoming and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! Before the stay the owner reached out and asked for the time I arrive and if I needed transfer that he could arrange for me. I had rented a car so I didn’t need it, but I thought was very nice of him. There’s AC, smoke alarms, the shower is 10/10, there’s a kitchenette with two hobs, some pots and pans, cutlery, basically anything you would need to cook if you had to. There’s also a first aid kit which I thought was a nice touch (other places didn’t have it). It’s not a double bed, it was two singles placed together. Not sure if they have double beds in other rooms, but you can definitely ask because the owner is so sweet and accommodating!! The beach is LITERALLY 20 feet down the road! His son owns the restaurant next to the property and the food is AMAZING. It’s a beautiful family and community based culture and I loved every single second I spent on that island. Really felt at home xx

We had a fantastic stay at Vasilis Studios in Agia Marina. The host, Vasileios, was incredibly friendly and provided clear explanations. He speaks very good English, which made communication easy. The studio itself was beautiful; recently renovated, with comfortable beds, a great bathroom, and an efficient kitchenette that was fully equipped. The cleanliness was excellent, and the spacious terrace with a sea view was a big plus. The location couldn't have been better: just 30 meters from the beach and equipped with excellent air conditioning. The restaurant owned by Vasileios' son is located directly in front of the studios on the beach. For just €7, you can enjoy two sunbeds and a parasol there. Additionally, there was no noise disturbance, which contributed to a relaxing stay. There was a nice café with a terrace on the corner of the street, and there are plenty of restaurants in the nearby area. It’s truly a wonderful place to stay, and I can recommend it to everyone. I can recommend Vasilis Studios to everyone. If I were to return, I would definitely choose the same accommodation. We had a very pleasant stay!

Clean room, modern design, comfortable bed, wonderful location, polite people, and excellent service. The price was also great. I would most definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

“Great place to stay for a beach getaway”

The room had all amenities needed for our stay. It was comfortable and having 2 balconies was great. A big plus is the cleaning service - done every day. The property is located near a bus stop - very convenient for trips to Chania. Many shops nearby for fresh bread etc. The owner is helpful and nice.

The hotel is in a very nice area, right next to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood!
