Brand new rooms, in a quite area, but super close to everything. Very clean, very functional and great hospitality from hosts! Best stay in Chania!

The host and his family were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a fantastic view. We were traveling with a baby, and they had already prepared a beautiful baby crib with toys, which was very thoughtful. I travel a couple of times every year, and I found this host to be the best.

“A great modern apartment close to the sea”

This is a fantastic apartment a very short walk from the beach. The owners are super friendly. We were greeted with a bottle of their own wine and a plate of fruit. Over the days they brought us two more bottles and different home made cakes and cookies. Before we left they brougt an olive soap and couple of fridge magnets. Every other day the hostess cleaned the room and made new beautiful towel art. Thank you for being such hreat hosts :)

I have to say that the experience at Litinakis was a 10/10. We stayed for two weeks, and the hosts made us feel right at home. The room is perfect, the cleanliness exceptional, and they take care of every detail so that you are more impressed with the quality of their facilities every day. Having breakfast in front of the beach is an added bonus, and the details of making figures with towels on the bed fascinated us. They showered us with gifts, and what touched our hearts the most were all those moments shared every day talking and laughing with the hosts. It's a place I highly recommend, and we will definitely return next year. Thank you for giving us all that love and friendship.

We had a wonderful stay at Litinakis Studios Sea view! The host and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The apartment was clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The view was absolutely stunning, and being able to walk straight down to the beach was a real highlight. We had free sun beds on the beach every day, and the host was very nice about keeping our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

“Absolutely wonderful!”

Absolutely splendid location, 10m from the beach, splendid views, excellent cleaning and services. Thrasivoulos and Alice went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and they pulled it off. It was one of the best accomodation in Greece. I recommend this location to anyone who is looking to visit Agia Marina and the surroundings. Thank you for 2 wonderful weeks!

Very new, modern, clean and stylish apartment. The owner was very friendly. I would totally recommend to anyone who wants to stay in this area. However, we cannot tell anything about the vicinity as we were only staying here one night throughout the bigger trip.

“Great stay”

Firstly the place is really clean and comfortable. The owners Trassi and Alice are great people and they arrange everything for your comfort. From kitchen to bathroom, you will have almost everything you need. It takes only 20 seconds to the beach from your room. Beach is clean and there is a restaurant where you can eat and drink easily. Every 30 minutes there is a bus from and to Chania bus station and from bus station you can easily reach the airport in 30 minutes. Taxi opportunities are available from Litinakis to airport and costs around 40 Euro. We will absolutely stay in here fır the next time.
