“Lovely villa in a wonderful part of the world.”

We loved everything about this property! We stayed here in May 2026 and throughly enjoyed our time there. The villa is clean and well maintained, has all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay, and is only a short walk uphill from the beach and main strip. We loved how peaceful and quiet the area was, which was lovely when swimming and sitting by the pool. We were sad to leave when our time was up, and would definitely consider staying here again if we are back in Agia Marina!

“Stunning seaview in a perfect modern house”

Great location with all necessary shops, restaurants, bars, connections nearby. Just 20min away by car from Chania. The seaview is stunning!!! The swimmingpool and garden and perfect too, and eating outside with 360 degrees sunny view. We enjoyed everything about this house and our stay.

“A Perfect Retreat”

Absolutely amazing! We discovered exactly what we were looking for—a peaceful and serene villa where we could relax, away from the hustle and bustle yet still within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The location is unbeatable, perched on a hillside with stunning sea views. The town center is just a 10-minute walk away; while the uphill walk might be challenging for some, it wasn’t an issue for us. There’s a small supermarket just 5 minutes away, though it’s not very well stocked. The villa was immaculate, in excellent condition, with everything functioning perfectly and cleanliness at the highest standard. The pool exceeded our expectations in size, and the garden was beautifully maintained. We didn’t hear a sound from our neighbors, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property, although I’d love to keep it a secret just for ourselves!

It is a fantastic property, I would highly recommend it! The location is amazing and even though it is a short walk from the main road of Agia Marina, it is still tranquil and offers a panoramic view of Chania Gulf. Definitely, one of the best stays we have ever had in Chania area.

we have stayed here before and it doesn’t disappoint,It’s a very modern clean villa in a great location only about 8 minutes walk to the restaurants and bars but far enough away that it’s so quiet that the only noise you hear is a cockerel with no sense of time 😁 The owners are lovely and on our second night there they invited us to a party they had with friends and family to celebrate there wedding anniversary which was a great night and a lovely gesture . Overall I would highly recommend these villas and would like to thank ellana who checks in every few days to say hello and make sure you have everything you need .
