The food and drinks at the hotel are very good. There isn't an overwhelming selection, but everything is really tasty. The Aperol is excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day..

There was also a lot of bird fecies in and around the pool, and because of this we only went in the pool once on our terrace, right after it was cleaned that one time. Other than this it was great.

Nice view and nice rooms (seaside was a great). Well they did try to give different foods everyday, or at least some were different. The staff was friendly. The facilities were ok. In general enough food and cocktails but a bit insufficient quality of some of them Mm the tasty dessert cakes and yougurt !!! Italian restaurant and was good and tasty The little set up with flowers and ballons and the food was nice.

Beautiful sea views, plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Considering we had the cheapest room, it was spacious and more or less clean.

They stole 80 euros from our room. The hotel has five stars, but it is really three to four. The bathroom is very poorly cleaned. You can see in the room, dining room, and the entire complex that it is poorly maintained. When we asked for two duvets, we got two decorative blankets. At lunch and dinner, they serve you (free) drinks, and they take care of the food supply. The downside is that the table setting is not at the level of a 5-star hotel, but rather a 3-star one. When we arrived for an early breakfast on the last day, we were greeted by cookies and chocolate balls. There were no eggs, cold cuts, or milk for the chocolate balls, fruit, jam... The hotel itself is located on a very steep hill, but the staff transports guests in golf carts to the beach and back, which is very welcome. There is a bar on the beach with drinks and snacks (fruit, pizza, hot sandwiches). On the hotel beach there are sun loungers and an umbrella for an additional fee (two sun loungers and an umbrella are 10e). If you want lots of souvenir stalls you need to go to Chania, the bus runs every 20 minutes for 2e one way.

“Horrible stay at this hotel. We changed to Isla brown what a relief”

We liked nothing about this property. It was dirty. The fruit in the room was rotten as it was not in the fridge. The fruit in the fruit bowl had mouldy apples. The receptionist gave us food that was not in accordance to our diet but told us it complied. The manager was unsympathetic and rude. He showed us alternative rooms with pools but that had bird poo all over the pool. We had to change hotels. Never stay here- it is one star or two star

Having our own pool allowed for intimate moments and uninterrupted relaxation. The hotel's serene atmosphere made it the perfect romantic retreat.

Such a peaceful and relaxing environment! Our room overlooked the sea, and waking up to that view at the morning was incredible. The pool was a highlight, always clean and quiet. We enjoyed lounging there for hours with cocktails!

The food was great, always a lot of options, the greek food was waay better than the international like fries and pizzas. All inclusive has also a loot of drink options. Most of the staff friendly, really hard working young people at the restaurant. The beach is perfect, somewhere shallow waters but also deeper depending on where exactly you are swimming so ideal for everyone, soft sand, beach bar right next to it. Rooms were nice and clean, AC worked well.

“Good value for money holidays”

Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. There is plenty of space to relax e.g. sunbeds around the pools, on the roof, on the grass between palm trees and on the beach. As the hotel is on the steep hill (beautiful sea views), there is a golf cart service avaialable for a very short ride down the hill and up the hill to get to the main street/ beach. Easy parking on the hotel premises. Possibility to borrow extra towels, which can be used around the pool or on the beach (refundable deposit). On the last day, after the check out (11am) we were allowed to stay in the hotel grounds and keep using all inclusive facilities until the end of the day, as we had a late night flight back.
