“Relaxing holiday in family run El Greco Studios”

We have enjoyed 16 relaxing days at El Greco Stufios: - Well established and efficiently run apartments. - Family owned in 2nd generation, so great care & pride is taken in making guests feel comfortable and at home. Short distance to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport to Chania. This was our first visit to Crete & we hope to be back!

Friendly host, good location, spacious

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Apartment clean, comfy beds. There was a fantastic sun room with huge windows, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Bins emptied every day while you are out. We were very happy with the place.

Great studio, very clean, renovated, very close to the beach and tavernas. Yannis, the host, was very kind and friendly , helped with a lot of things during our stay!

That was one of the easiest 10th star that I am giving. - The host is unordinary friendly. He helped us with everything we asked for, shared home-made food and spirits on a daily basis, and even suggested to us to have lunch in his friends's tavern - The room was cleaned every day. That almost never happened in a residential apartment different than a hotel room. We have small kids that always bring lots of sand and usually on 3/4th day the room becomes very dirty, but not this time.. - The apartment is well located on a large street with 2big home parkings next to the house (unlike other apartments in Crete where there is no parking spots and the streets are very narrow). - The house is close to the beach (5-10minutes walk) - There are lots of shops/supermarkets and taverns nearby. In short, I would highly recommend staying here!

“Our 2nd time staying here”

This was our 2nd time coming to El Greco. It’s very close to the beach, it’s a family business and the owners are lovely. We truly felt at home! The rooms are new and super clean and I loved that we had a proper fridge to put our water and food. You also have a small terrace Infront of every room so we usually had a light breakfast there. Crete is huge so you definitely need a car to visit the best beaches etc so for us the location at Agia marina was very convenient as it was in the middle of all the things we wanted to do. Thank you so much Yanis and Manos, we will definitely see you again!

Yannis and his family were so accommodating and caring. Upon arriving at the property we were offered amazing hospitality and introduced to local food and wine. We were advised of the best local restaurants and furthermore, Yannis went out of his way to help arrange a taxi for our return to the airport at the end of the holiday.

We had a lovely stay at El Greco Studios! Yannis and his family were so welcoming and kind. The room was lovely and clean. It is a quick walk away from the main area of Agia Marina. I would definitely stay here again as I had such a pleasant time!

Such a cozy place

The family that own the property's are outstanding to deal with and nothing is a problem. We stayed at one off the big branded 5 star hotels here on the main street there name begins with a K and these rooms are buy far better. The photographs shown are the true resemblance off the property but it is much better and bigger when you're in here. There are two balconies in our room one downstairs and one upstairs. There cleanliness and recycling is off a very high standard. Some off the 5 stars we have been in around the world should take a leaf out off this family book .

Everything was perfect

“Good location, accommodation and hospitality”

Apartments are situated 2 minutes away from beautiful beach. Hosts are amazing people and always ready to recommend you good places to eat, visit and services to use. Thank you for your hospitality, you made our stay in Crete special! I will definitely recommend this places to my friends!

“Felt like home”

Our stay was great. The hosts, Yanis and his father were super friendly from when we arrived, giving us recommendations for literally everything. Yanis was always there to answer any questions we had. There’s a small parking right next to el Greco studios to park our car which was very convenient. The accommodation was not on the Main Street but is of walking distance to the beach and shops (5mins). Would highly recommend renting a car as it makes it easier to access the rest of the island. Room had a small kitchen, fridge, sink, cutlery etc and you could use the outdoor kitchen if you wanted to cook anything which was very nice. Our room also had a small terrace which was suuuuper nice and made us feel more at home. The room is modern, renovated and was cleaned every day by very lovely and friendly ladies I also loved that they also offered guests beach towels if we needed them and the host even offered to let us use the washing machine if we wanted to wash our clothes as we were staying for 10 days. Highly recommend!
