Located in a very remote part of the island it was terrific. We recommend looking at the season to find the best weather. It was beautifully designed and a lot of fun. Being right on the sea was amazing.

This property is phenomenal and all about the location! It felt like a once in a lifetime property!We hadn’t realised that we booked upstairs, so we changed the booking and the communication was easy enough to change for downstairs. A short stroll up the opposite cliff and beach was superb for sunset, the magnificent sea life of fish, crabs and eels was just so lovely to watch!

Completely stunning - maybe the nicest house I've ever stayed in! Swimming from your front door and watching all the fish in the water is a dream! So peaceful and private. Dimitris was super friendly and helpful too, will definitely be back if in Milos again!

Words can not explain what a dream this place was. The serenity of the location, being able to swim off the front of the place, the large gorgeous internal area. We spent most of our time on the deck and never wanted to leave. I recommend booking this place once you have done your touring as you want to enjoy every minute. Dimitri the Host was amazing. Always on call to assist us and his communication was so prompt.Thank you! Cant wait to go back!

My Happy Place! My favourite and by far the best stay during all my travels in Greece. The "Fisherman Villa" is right ON the water overlooking a quiet cove. Primo location. The accommodations are a destination in itself with incredible views. A peaceful and quiet retreat. The upper suite has a spacious and comfortable terrace, modern, clean and bright interior. Very inviting main bedroom with comfortable bed, convenient lighting and large TV. The air conditioning works well and no issues with hot water. Beautiful Cycladic design throughout. Dimitris was an exceptional host. He ensured transportation from the port to the accommodations was a smooth and comfortable transfer. He met us at the Terra Mare suite after 1:00 am in the morning to greet us and give us the keys. Having coffee, milk, juice, toasted bread, butter, cherry jam, water and fruit on hand was appreciated. Friendly, attentive and available for any questions. He gave excellent recommendations for car rentals, restaurants and tours. Milos is a beautiful island with many destinations within easy reach. Places of interest are a short distance away. I truly enjoyed my stay and my only regret is that I didn't get to stay longer. I hope to return but next time when the water is warmer so I can truly enjoy all this gem of an island has to offer. (May water temperatures are a bit cold but some people were still swimming) I would travel back to Greece to specifically stay at Terra Mare with all the comforts of home. I dream of my return when I can fall asleep to sound of the waves beneath me and literally dive into the crystal clear Aegean Sea right at my door step. Thank you Dimistris. Hope to see you again!

“Gorgeous piece of paradise”

The host was in regular contact with me via WhatsApp. He waited for us to arrive in person, then helped us to the room. He also provided a basic breakfast with several food options — simple but much appreciated! We only stayed for one night but it was a magical experience to hop off the terrace right into the sea. Very private and idyllic! We caught a gorgeous sunset and then drove out to Pollonia for dinner (only 5 mins by car). The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable! We wish we had been able to stay 2 nights!

“Magic stay right into the sea”

Amazing location right into a sea smaller beach, great host Dimitri's taking care of us, he left for us basic items for breakfast like coffee and orange juice and milk as well as fresh fruits and bottles of water so we were covered for our stay! Very well design terrace and house interiors (bedroom, kitchen) We loved the experience and we would repeat it!

All in all a great stay! Recommended.
