Overview
On the edge of Agia Galini, this family run hotel is built amphitheatrically on a slope, covering an area of 6.000 m2. It offers an outdoor swimming pool and a garden with playground. The 31 comfortable rooms of Neos Ikaros have bathroom with shower and large balconies, which most of them view in Agia Galini and the sea. All rooms have air conditioning, fridge, telephone and cable TV. Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the roof garden. The snack bar located next to the pool serves drinks and local delicacies. The hotel New Ikaros is built at the end of the village, only 200 meters from the centre and 300 metres from the sea. Guests have access to car/motorbike rentals and entertainment venues.

Breakfast was very good with a good selection of produce. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location and easy to get to Agia Galini and to the beach.

“Lovely relaxing trip in a a lovely family fun hotel .”
The location was fab , quiet and at the edge of town but easy 5-10 minutes walk to the harbour , shops , restaurants and bars . The family who run it were lovely , very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and pool area were spotless . The rooms are basic but very comfortable with good WiFi and aircon . We had a 4th floor room which had a great sea view . There’s a lift as well . Breakfast was a cold buffet with lots of choice and great coffee . The food and drinks in the pool bar were very reasonable. Lots of trees providing shade around the pool and lots of sunbeds . A lovely hotel and we had a fab time .

“Great budget hotel at the edge of town”
Great budget hotel at the edge of town. Very clean hotel and rooms, good sized pool with a bar that serves food at very fair prices, plenty of parking (though only some spots had shade), reasonable continental breakfast, and very friendly and helpful staff. Tip - ask for an upper level room with a view if you can. The harbour is a 5-10 min walk from the hotel, and the main beach of Agia Galini is about a 15-20 walk from the harbour. The hotel made a great base for exploring the south side of the island.

“A great chill out place to stay”
The breakfast was a continental style. There was a good choice of items on offer. Also the pool being so close in the hot weather it was a bonus. The bar at the pool served good food so you didn't need to go to far.

There was a nice selection for the breakfast. It was constantly being topped up. There was air con in the room which made it nice to keep cool. Also having the pool just outside the front door was a relief not to far to go to keep cool.

“Good hotel in a charming village”
We liked the location, their pool and the area around the pool, but most of all we loved their dogs, especially a beautiful great dane.
