The apartment is spacious & well equipped for self catering, and only 40 metres from the beach with crystal clear water. Nikos had left us raki, olive oil and fruit. He was also very welcoming and responded immediately when we had a problem with a patio door malfunction. A car is necessary to access local shops & restaurants. We had a very relaxing & enjoyable 2 weeks. Thank you Nikos.

“The best holiday in paradise!”

Comfortable apartment with the air condition. Every 3 days the fresh towels. The owner Nikos placed the fresh fruits, raki, olive oil and beer to the fridge before we arrived. Apartment is situated 30 m from the beach, the beach looks like in the paradise!

Great apartments, really clean with well equipped kitchen. Location is just 3 minutes walk to Agia Fotia beach and is really quiet and peaceful. Beach was never overcrowded and sea water was crystal clear. Private parking is available and apartments have both balcony and terrace, so you can relax in shade any part of the day. We were welcomed with wine, raki and excellent olive oil, also some fruits and drinks were available, so we don't have to head to supermarket the next day, and could enjoy the sea. Our host Nikos was really attentive and friendly. Location is excellent to explore this side of the island. Sunbeds were available at beach for 7e/day

It’s common knowledge that the Greeks are very welcoming. Staying in this apartment however, felt like staying with dearest friends. The host Nikos will help you with every possible request and will give great recommendations for places to visit and eat where only the locals go.

Lovely studio, beautiful view on the nice garden and the sea. At night you can only hear the wind and the sea. Extremely clean, kitchen very well equipped, silent airco, great showers, outside an inside. The private parking place is a blessing in August! The beach is really close, 3 min walking, and the sea water is crystal clear. Nikos, the owner, who welcomed us with drinks, raki, oil and fresh fruit, is very kind and it has been a real pleasure to meet him. We want to thank him a lot for the beautiful stay!
