What a lovely place, view and hospitality! The private bay is the best spot to dive into an underwater cathedral. Evangelia is the perfect host. Eating breakfast outside and enjoying such view of the ocean and watching the stars at night makes this spot just perfect.

The hostess Evangelia was charming and always on hand to help and assist. We became friends and I cannot fault her nor the property. She also did our washing for us, which was a bonus.

A good pool, with plenty of sunbeds and trees, so easy to choose shade or sun. One really nice feature of the place was small outside "alcoves" on top of the cliff, overlooking the sea, each with a table and couple of sun loungers. The small, secluded, mostly small pebbles beach was over 170 steps down.. and the same up again! but easy to get into the sea, with interesting snorkling. well worth it

Location superb. Isolated enough but equally a short drive to town. Amazing views. Lovely gardens. Pool and oasis with olive Grove, pines and ocean backdrop. Balcony/ veranda lovely. Very peaceful. At one with nature.

Secluded, away from tourists , amazing pool , amazing rocky beach below and wonderful authentic restaurants around. But you’d need a car.

I love the location and the fact that every apartment has it's own piece of garden, with its own deck-chairs, outdoor shower, table...

We spent a week at Ferma Solaris Apartments and it was absolutely wonderful! The place is truly magical – nestled in a peaceful area, away from the crowds, with stunning views of the deep blue sea and surrounded by lush greenery. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped – everything we needed was right there. Mornings on the terrace with a cup of coffee and the sunrise over the sea were simply unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful – we felt more like visiting friends than guests. The nearby beach was quiet and almost empty, perfect for relaxing and swimming in crystal-clear water. The area also offers cozy tavernas with delicious food and charming villages. This place has something truly special – tranquility, authenticity, and warmth. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature and a genuine Greek atmosphere, Ferma Solaris Apartments is a perfect choice. We’ll definitely be back!

The residential units impress with breathtaking views of the sea, especially from the individual terrace areas assigned to each apartment. The furnishings are functional, and the cleanliness and service are particularly praiseworthy. During the day there is always someone present at the reception ready to help or advise. The helpfulness and friendliness of all the employees and the owner are particularly noteworthy. Looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at the beginning of October, and it was the perfect place to unwind. The weather was lovely and warm like summer, but not too hot. Our studio was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, fridge, a compact but functional kitchen, a shower/bath, and air conditioning. One of the highlights was our easy 10-minute morning stroll down to the small beach. While there wasn’t any sand, the crystal-clear water made it perfect for a refreshing swim before breakfast. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We’ll definitely be returning!

We loved the secluded quiet location. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were greeted with complementary fruit and a bottle of wine. The location is wild and beautiful. Amazing little beach and the extreme stairs to get there :) Basic grocery store and local restaurants just a few minutes drive in the village. Most days we just cooked our own meals. Our child could use swimming equipment and pool toys in the pool and also take these to the beach. Truly, a place to switch off from the rest of the world and enjoy the sunsets.

The location and view are great. The grounds are very well kept, tidy, and pleasing to the eye. The (basically private) beach is accessible by a rather steep path (not for those with fears of height) but is beautiful and rarely crowded.

“Idyllic!”

Having arrived at the apartment in the dark, we were wowed by the stunning view from our balcony when we pulled back the shutter on the first morning. It’s one of the most idyllic settings of any holiday apartment we’ve stayed in. There’s a lovely, secluded little beach only a few minutes down a rocky path from the garden. It was a pleasure to swim and relax there, and at the peaceful pine-surrounded pool. One of the great bonuses of the apartment was having the lovely, friendly Evangelia on hand to give us information and recommendations for places to visit and eat. We followed several of her suggestions and were never disappointed. The apartment is simply furnished, but very clean and comfortable. The cooking facilities are also fairly simple, but as there are so many wonderful, reasonably-priced restaurants nearby that wasn’t a problem. We would love to visit again.

It’s a beautiful place in a great location- the beach is right below.. the pool is very nice and the staff was wonderful. We arrived late at night and they wanted for us and were very kind and helpful. We got lots of good advice from them. If you want quiet and beautiful place- that is the place for you.
