Review Marianne, Aghios Petros Bay, Alonissos Island, Sporades, Greece We stayed for a week in April and it was a dream for us. The apartment is beautifully situated in a fantastic beautiful natural bay that you can only dream of. We had the large apartment, for 4 people, on the ground floor that is very well equipped. Pans, crockery and kitchen utensils, everything is sufficiently present and thought of everything. The terrace with the beautiful colorful flower pots and the lush plants, lights and decoration is a real pleasure to stay. Everything is very well cared for and very neat. The mattresses and the beds are fine and the cleaning and hygiene is a big top. Marios is very very helpful, welcoming and really involved. He does everything to make you feel at home in his beautiful apartment and also on the island. Especially in April when there are very few tourists, Alonissos is very beautiful for us with all its greenery and flowers. There is a path to the fishing village of Steni Vale where there are good restaurants and Marios can match you for the best. “A little bit of paradise.”

Marios made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough to make us feel comfortable. He was very helpful about the national strike day and the effect on the ferry schedules. He gave us great advice about the best beaches to visit. We enjoyed our little Greek/English lessons too. The location was stunning. A perfect place for an early morning sunrise swim. The view down to the little beach through the pine trees was picture-postcard perfect.

The view! We simply loved our stay at Marianna Studios. Peaceful area, just in front of a small beach with clear water and good snorkeling. Suitable for people who like natural beaches, where nature is more important than fancy beach bars and sun beds. Only 5 minutes from Steni Vala restaurants.

The host was fantastic. What a nice guy. I would recommend it for group bookings...8 min walk to the restaurants of Stevi Vala

Excellent, large and very clean room with spacious balcony with beautiful view of the bay. Fridge, hob, kettle. We didn’t cook as Steni Vala has amazing restaurants. Only a few yards to the bay for a swim and snorkelling. Marios was lovely and there was great communication.

Beautiful location moments from the sea. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Marios, our host, was very welcoming and hospitable. Our rooms were spotlessly clean,. The balcony was roomy.

Lovely accommodation and location, peaceful and away from noise and stress, short pathway to next bay with mini market and tavernas, swimming outside your door, really unforgettable place.

“Beautiful view with responsive hosts.”

This was a beautiful spot and the owners really helpful organising our stay at late notice. The room had all the basics needed and the shower was good. The view was beautiful and the location quiet with an easy walk to restaurants and a shop. The owners do not clean the rooms everyday but this was fine with us as we prefer towels etc not to be changed unnecessarily.

Location was lovely. We were in the ground floor studio so we had a lot of space.

We had an incredible time, and if I return to Alonnisos, I will definitely stay here again. Here are a few reasons why: 1. **Stunning Location**: The view of Agios Petros beach is breathtaking. Just a short walk away is Steni Vala, where you can find a small convenience store, several restaurants, and boat rentals. Further down the road, there's a beach restaurant with comfortable seating and a lovely beach, though not quite as beautiful as Agios Petros. Agios Petros is perfect for hiking enthusiasts; the nearest trails lead to Isomata and Leftos Gialos, but there’s so much more to explore on the island—unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time for more than those two. 2. **Outstanding Host**: Marios was fantastic! He picked us up from the port and dropped us off when we left. On the way, he gave us a mini-tour, sharing information about nearby islands and attractions. His English is excellent, and he was always available to answer any questions, making communication effortless. 3. **Great Facilities at Marianna Studios**: This was the best-equipped studio we’ve experienced so far. The bathroom had plenty of storage, the beds were comfortable, and the bedroom had ample space. The large balcony had chairs, a table, and spots for candles. The kitchen was well-stocked with an induction stove, sink, and all the pots and pans you could need, plus handy extras like a toaster, wine/bottle opener, grater, and squeezer—everything you might want in a home kitchen!

Marios was so kind, frequently checking everything was OK. He was so kind and picked us up from the port, 9 km. Our studio was cleaned often along with clean sheets and towels. The Studio is of a high standard, with good quality furniture, fittings & outstanding views of Agios Petros. The balcony is a great outside space .

“Very very nice”

The apartment is in a very quiet and nice place. You have one beautiful little beach that is practically private. The couple who run the studio is very nice and efficient. The place is also clean and the space we rented was perfect for a couple.

Everything! Location was idyllic, balcony with seating overlooking the beautiful Agios Petros cove and a very short coastal path stroll to the wonderful Steni Vala with excellent tavernas. Kitchen area enabled prep of simple meals, excellent shower in bathroom. Ample bedroom area space, with comfortable mattresses, slept very well. Cleaned every other day with new sheets and towels. Marios the host was exceptional, very polite, attentive and kind. Mario’s was always on hand and contactable. Nothing was too much trouble and we would definitely recommend.

“A peaceful sanctuary”

We loved everything about our stay here. The lack of cars, the peace and quiet, the beautiful view, watching the sun rise every morning and how we could swim so easily, within 30 seconds of the apartment in the cosy bay of Agios Petros. The apartment is kept spotlessly clean by the very attentive host. It was a perfect location, with a short walk on a paved pathway to the restaurants of Steni Vala and also to Glyfa beach. We liked it so much, we stayed a second week. Thank you Marios!

“Paradise itself”

This was a dream choice for Summer 2024. Spacious and perfectly located. Hygiene is a top/notch, 10/10. Alonnisos is magical by definition so this unit boosts the impression. Just 20 steps away there is a natural, beutiful beach. The hosts are super kind and friendly adding to the general atmosphere. This is a place to return to. Full recommendation!
