The location was fabulous. The family and staff were so helpful and welcoming. Before we arrived they contacted us and helped with booking our taxi. Everything was clean. There were beach chairs available to use.

Beautiful peaceful location, away from it all, in the middle of olive groves with a short walk to small bay of Agios Petros below which we had virtually to ourselves. We loved looking out on to unspoilt nature and the 15 minute walk round the bay to Steni Vala. Very quiet and great for unwinding. Studio had lots of charm, was very comfortable, quiet and equipped with everything we needed with various sitting areas around. We loved having the small beach 5 minutes away.

I don’t often write reviews, but Lithea truly deserves one because it’s clearly a labor of love. You are surrounded by beauty—every detail has been created with care, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Nestled in nature, the atmosphere is wonderfully peaceful. Hosts are often described as helpful, but in this case it truly needs to be emphasized: Danai went above and beyond, arranging our transportation and even taking care of canceling it when we missed our boat. Our stay was far too short, but we caught a glimpse of paradise and are already thinking of returning. If you value attention to detail, beauty, comfort, and genuine care, this is the place for you.

Lithea Villas is a hidden gem! The studios, which have a romanticism with their rustic and authentic charm are located in such a beautiful tranquil setting. We enjoyed the 10-15minute walk to the nearby harbour village which has very good tavernas serving fresh fish and authentic Greek food. There was also a supermarket, and 2 cafes serving drinks and food, and where you could buy fresh bread and cakes. And, on your doorstep is a beautiful bay for an early morning or afternoon swim to cool down! The owners and staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. We loved it!

Wonderful view, very close to a lovely small beach, not far from the harbour, tavernas and supermarket. Very quiet. And Takis and his family have been extremely kind and helpful with us.

Amazing location!! 5 mins walk from one of the best beaches in Alonissos - Aghios Petros. Beautiful view from the rooms, very comfy villas with all amenities you would need and more!! The hosts are so kind and lovely, and very, very helpful! Maria, one of the hosts, also offered us fresh apricots from an apricot tree on the property every day - very homely vibe! Perfect place to spend a lovely, quiet getaway to Alonissos.

Perfectly located walking distance (2 min) from a lovely beach and from tavernas and cafes (10 min via paved trail) while being surrounded by nature. Very helpful and responsive staff. Ideal for a quiet beach holiday.

“Perfect vacation”

Such a perfect house for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The location is perfect, in a quiet place with an easy access to the very very beautiful small beach. The villa is cosy, nicely decorated, very well equipped and clean. The best part of the villa is a large terrace with an amazing sea view. We really enjoyed the sunrises in the morning and watching stars at night.

We loved the hospitaliy of Maria and Takis, the villa , the view, the quiet and calming atmosphere. The wonderful sea which is a walking distance from the studios and a bit more from the Villa.

There is a 200 mt offroad to reach the house. The house is next to the sea!! In a peaceful location! I have stayed in the studio apartment and it was perfect. Steni Vala is a close little harbour with a market and taverns. It is easily reachable with a 15 min walk!

“Hidden paradise!”

The location is magical with easy access to a semiprivate beach. You can spend hours reading under the olive trees in the garden. The rooms are comfortable and rustic, they reminded us of our childhood. The hosts are great and made us feel like home, especially Mrs Maria who is very sweet and helpful

Studio room was lovely, everything we needed. Exceptional view over the bay from our outside patio area.

Everything was perfect! Such a lovely place to be.
