“It is a really nice place to stay, the communication with Nico was prompt and smooth.”
The house itself and the location is just perfect. There is everything you might need for your stay - oven, dishwasher, washing mashine, terrase, towels, .... The big Spar is just one street away, the location itself is very calm and right next to the track to the mountains. To Agaete / Puerto de Las Nieves / beach & pools, it is all in around 1 km distance and nice walk.

Couldn't be happier with this perfect accommodation! Lovely and spacious house in a very nice and quiet area. Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed and very bright interior. Small sheltered front garden was an advantage. The house was very well equipped and the only thing missing was a kettle, but there were 2 coffee makers. Walking distance to the city center and the beaches, private parking space, beautiful location and great communication with the owner. There are many great places nearby and amazing views.
