It is nice apartment matching the photos. You get everything you need here, good kitchen. Very peaceful place. I liked the location which gives you totally opposite feeling of the island than, for example, Maspalomas.

Away from tourism and the noise of the city, in a peaceful little village. We stayed in the top-floor apartment with a terrace, and it was simply amazing. Natural and authentic. There’s a stunning mountain view and even a small glimpse of the ocean. About a 15-minute walk from the house, there’s a clean, quiet beach where hardly anyone goes. The host, Ms. Luz, is incredibly sweet, always around and ready to help with anything.

It was amazing. The host helped us a lot when my friend was sick.

If you’re looking for a place to wind down far away from civilization, Casa Luz is perfect. The house is comfortable and the owners are very friendly. Sunsets from the terrace are simply magical.

The apartment is very comfortable with big terrace. Well stocked kitchen. Smart tv and good WiFi. Possibility to make a barbecue outside. Very easy check in and friendly host. Wine at the table is a lovely surprise :)

Quiet village location but only a short walk from the local bar/restaurant. Brilliant roof terrace area for eating and relaxing which wasn't overlooked. Great views down to the sea. Off street parking was a bonus. Good base for walks.

“A little home in the Paradise”

Casa Luz is located in a corner of the Paradise. In between huge mountains of Gran Canaria, 20 minutes drive from Agaete port through an amazing route by the mountain....you arrive in El Risco, a very small village where the locals are all smiling and you see them working together as a community. When you enter Casa Luz, you discover that there is absolutely everything you may need for your stay, even things that you didn't know you needed. You basically feel right at home. The house is kept wonderfully clean, and there are a lot of small details that will make your stay a truly memorable one. Photos don't do justice of what the house is actually like (it's a lot better than in the photos). Another AMAZING feature is the fact that you CAN drink the tap water, which was impossible for us in any other location on Gran Canaria and Tenerife. You can feel that the water is pure, directly from the mountain, without chlorine. Raul and his mom, Mari Luz, are very friendly hosts and available to help you anythig, while offering your privacy. The terrace was our favorite part. During the day you can sunbathe, at sunset you can enjoy the sights of the local fauna (some majestic birds), and at night you have the whole sky for yourself, completely free of light pollution, so ideal if you like to watch the stars. I could go on with this description way longer, but I'll stop here before the nostalgia of the fact that we only stayed for 3 nights will get too overwhelming. I can't wait to be back.
