“Great property in a nice and quiet residential area.”
Great property in a nice and quiet residential area but the maintenance and cleanliness is lacking. The property consists of a house with 2 independent dwellings (ground floor and first floor) with separate entrances and 2 inner courtyards. It was not suitable for us as we wanted a 3 bedrooms property, but the division of this one meant separation of our party. The property has modern kitchens, artistic framed paintings, street-nouveau wallpapers and modern beds with sitting furniture. The communication with the owners, caretakers Driss and the cleaning lady was pleasant and efficient.

Perfect place to stay with group of friends, barely takes 10 mins to get to the beach strip on taxi and pretty much close to alot of places, 10-15 min nice walk to one of the best breakfast spots cafe tea house. Neighbourhood is nice and quiet and there is fully privacy with a watchman for extra security. There is everything you need in the villa.

“Nice stay in Agadir with family”
Stayed at this property with my family. The villa is over two floors, downstairs has two bedrooms, small kitchen diner and sitting area and a shower room and toilet, upstairs has one bedroom with a bigger kitchen area and a sitting area plus toilet and shower room. Due to the size of our group we used the upstairs kitchen to prepare meals. The facilities upstairs was better. Both floors have separate entrances, so if you go as two families you can have a floor each which is secluded from each other. The location was good, local shops and cafes near by. Its a 25 minute walk downhill to the beach which was lovely.

“A night was enough for me to stay in this place; it was a place not worthy of being called a villa”
The house was in various state of disrepair; the pictures used in Booking.com was not recent otherwise I wouldn't have taken the place. There was nothing to like in the so called villa - this place should be avoided at all cost; there are better places that can be rented for the same amount of money in the city centre. The host knows what he was putting out hence he made the payment non-refundable
