The balcony was great. It gets the sun from midday-ish and it's big enough for a table and two chairs. The rooms are spacious and you have a fridge and basic cooking facilities.

Residence Tafat is a great choice for a budget overnight stay in the heart of Agadir. It's 10-15 mins from the beach and 20-25 mins walk to the Souq El Had (or 7 DHM in a Petit Taxi). Rooms have balconies overlooking a shady garden that guests can use. Staff speak English and French (and probably several other European langiages) aswell as local languages and are friendly, charming and welcoming. Hot water in the shower - always nice ;-)

Nice apartment. Kitchen could be better equipped. Hole in ceiling above entrance door with unpleasant sewage smell. Not super clean. Nice view of garden and pleasant, helpful staff. Great location in a safe part of town and good value for money. Overall recommended

A small old fashioned venue that took excellent care of its clients. Our apartment on first floor had smallish bathroom, with shower and toilet, and most importantly plenty of hot water. The balcony looked out over a pleasant and quiet garden with palm trees. Location is brilliant , next to the Town Hall, 5 minutes to bus station, and 10 to 15 minutes down a sloping Boulevard to the beach and promenade. We cannot praise this place enough if you want economic and characterful accomodation in Agadir.

I like the location and the compactness of the room.. It was perfect for our needs. I'm really glad they are making improvements to the rooms. The have a nice sized balcony for the mornings and evenings and a big refrigerator
