“Stay anywhere other than here.”

I caught the woman who runs the house stealing from my room while I was in the shower on camera. She kills you with kindness so you don't expect her to do anything like this. I have since been told of the exact same experience of past guests. It wasn't just money but also belongings. I confronted her about this and she denied ever going into the room, i then showed the video and the story changed from checking if the window was open, to checking if I still had alcohol as it was coming up to ramadan (how she knew I even had alcohol in my bag...), all of which are bare faced lies. She took belongings of mine that miraculously turned up in my room after I vacated the place - however i took photos of the room when I left so I know that I did not leave these things behind. Overall around 800dirhams were taken from my room, a set of headphones, the cable to charge the headphones, a pair of binoculars and god know what else. All of the things I could be certain I was missing were returned to me only after i'd managed to contact other guests, discovered they had similar issues and then said I would go to the police if everything was not returned. If that isn't enough reason to deter you: - the host sleeps in the living room and often also has friends/family stay which makes it awkward to leave the rooms between 9pm and 11am, a real lack of privacy in general. - TV or music played loudly in the evenings - There was often not hot water - The wifi is poor throughout the house - The first room I stayed in had beds on old wooden pallets that crumbed if touched and had worms coming out of them Outside of the control of the house; there are dogs that bark outside the property from 2am and there is currently construction going on directly nextdoor all through the daytime

The lady she working inside she’s so kind and caring of us and helpful. The bed is comfortable.

Breakfast was one of the best that I have had and the owner Lady was very hospitable.

Very nice stay, host reached us immediately upon booking and gave us precise instructions how to check in and location. Room is spacious and clean with towels and there’s a big living room kitchen and terrace that we used. It’s 7 minutes walk from the main road and 3 minutes from the shop and bar. 15 from the beach. Very good value for money definitely recommend it

“Perfect for undemanding travelers🙏”

We lived in a private home with a very pleasant hostess. She was uncomplicated, polite and helpful. There are two rooms available, we had the smaller one. Everything was to our satisfaction. We were allowed to use the kitchen, there is a toilet and bathroom with shower. The facilities are completely adequate. There is a wonderfully large roof terrace with a sea view. It is only about 10-15 minutes walk down the hill to the sea itself, and a little longer back. There are great restaurants on the way and supermarkets nearby. Right next door is a mosque with the call to prayer, which impressed us a lot.

Chada was a lovely host and was very friendly and helpful, taking us to the souk and sharing food with us. Quiet house is a relaxing place to unwind, 15 mins to the beach.

I really like the house of Chada with Morocco's design... Her house is very closed to the beach for surf, amazing own room, amazing cooker and very good person.

Everything was clean and perfect. Our room was really big and the bed was huge and comfortable. It is really quiet there and Chada is the best ❤️ the breakfasts were soo delicious and rich, and something new everyday. They have really nice big roof terrace. It's a bit up the hill but absolutely walkable for anyone, 10 mins from the ocean. There are coffee shops nearby, i highly recommend Adams coffe and Timam du chef :)

I highly recommend this wonderful hotel! Special thanks to the amazing hostesses who treat their guests like their best friends. The hotel is located near the ocean, close to shops. It is very clean and has everything you need - a kitchen, comfortable beds, a fan. The rooftop offers views of the sunset, ocean and mountains. Thank you!

The Host was very kind and very friendly. She took time for my questions and she was very helpful. She showed me nice places. Her house was open for me. Next time I will come back to this host! She is a very nice person

Chada, the host is simply amazing! We had a very warm welcome, a great time with her family and made us feel like we were part of it! We planned to stay 2 nights, we did stay a week, went shopping with them, cook Tagine, fish and barbecue together! A lot of fun for everyone who want to enjoy an authentic Moroccan life! This location is the best ,up the hill with 5 different ways down to the coffeehouses below. Comfortabley getting lost each time and discovering more beautiful buildings and trees with flowers in. Fabulous.

Excellent place to stay very relaxing place and good for sleeping as it is so quiet. The host is lovely very welcoming and she and her brother picked us up from the airport for an extra fee which we were more than happy to pay as it was our first time to Morocco. We had dinner on arrival which is top quality, delicious and fresh. Shada is an excellent cook is lovely to be accepted into a local home and be apart of the culture. We are here for Ramadan which is also a humbling experience very wonderful hosts and home. If we come back to Agadir we will stay here for sure!
