Hotel was great overall. We did have a problem with ants in our room, you really couldn't leave any food out at all they kept coming back. This wasn't at the edge of the room. It was writing the centre around the sink, so they weren't just travelling from outside. I did talk to the hotel about them. The lift wasn't working in the first couple of days, but we were only on the first floor, so not too bad. Overall a good experience.

Absolutely loved the breakfast although you have to go out of the hotel to get to the breakfast area. The rooms we had with balcony were designed well. Staff were friendly and polite.

The room is beautiful and very modern looking. The staff were lovely from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with — from the front desk to the person assisting with luggage — was polite, welcoming, and helpful, which made a positive difference to the overall experience. The idea behind the hotel itself is also good, and visually the place has potential. The location is relatively close to the beach, which is convenient, even if not exceptional as not many restaurants nearby.
