The property is luxury, spacious, and very well equipped. we really enjoyed our stay here. It is in a fantastic location, a stones throw from the beach and local amenities. Our host had good communication.

Key Issues ​This apartment was clean and tidy, but unfortunately, our stay was highly compromised by the actions of the owner and the camera surveillance. ​Major Issues Experienced • ​Invasive Surveillance: We discovered the owner had installed cameras that were actively monitoring our movements throughout the stay. These devices were sending videos and notifications directly to her (the owner lives in Italy). This made us feel as though our right to privacy and freedom was under constant surveillance. We even took photos of the cameras as proof. • ​Constant Monitoring: In addition to the cameras, the owner's caretaker, who lives directly above the apartment, was checking on us and monitoring our movements on a regular basis. • ​Unauthorized Payment Demand: The owner demanded extra money from us, which we were required to pay in cash. This was an unexpected and unauthorized charge after booking. ​Positive Points • ​The apartment itself was clean and tidy. • ​Agadir is a beautiful place to visit, and it was a lovely destination for our first trip there. ​Conclusion ​While Agadir is beautiful, the feeling of being constantly watched and the unauthorized cash demand prevented us from truly enjoying our stay. Perfect location. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Two bedrooms away from street perfect for sleeping with comfortable beds and pillows. All we need at kitchen provided.

very nice , and clean, a lot better than picture, host is fantastic, very helpful will definitely come back , right on beach front 2 min drive to cable car point, shops and bank next door, 24 hour security on site, 3 very large bedroom and 3 bathroom, I fully functional kitchen, living room is very big nice and clean with sea views. washing machine with washing powder as well. If I can describe it in 1 word, it's fantastic, 10 out of 10

Nice looking very clean and well furnished. Communication was good. Our flight was delayed due to bad weather. Not charged for late check in. 24 hour friendly security guard. We had lot of gap between check out and flight departure. Were offered to leave our bags with the security guard for free was a big plus.
