Very clean. A nice terrace where you can sit, relax, and have breakfast. A plus for the possibility to play billiards. The location is great if you want to get to the airport (about a 25-minute drive). Good value for money.

Beautiful interior and great breakfast

The place was very well decorated, so great looking place. Size of room and bathroom was good, not too small and well equipped. The pool table was a nice treat.

The place was lovely and the host super kind and made us (vegan) breakfast in the morning on the roof terrace!

“Pleasant Stay”

We group of 10 friends stayed stayed for 2 nights. Very quiet place middle of residential area. We throughly enjoyed the stay. Staff Noordeen was helpful.

“Perfect: large, beautiful and quiet room”

This was absolutely perfect: large, beautiful room, everything was of high quality. Super quiet - this might be different when someone decides to actually play billiards outside your room ... Very friendly, helpful manager. Easy to find and parking very close by. Convenient breakfast time, nice breakfast, and they even had hot chocolate as a drinks choice :-)

Host was super friendly and even played a game of pool with us. The neighborhood was quiet and it was the perfect start of our trip.

“Great place for a night or two while you explore Agidir”

Casa Zounia was great for a short stay in Agadir. The hosts were welcoming and accommodated our late arrival, our room was very large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was served on a lovely roof terrace. It was simple but fresh and tasty. It was exactly as we expected and excellent value for money. It's a bit out of the centre but we easily took taxis which cost around 100dirham each way. We used Casa Zounia as a base while we explored the Atlas Mountains with Jorfe @azulexcursions who also comes highly recommended!

Great accomodation and very comfortable. Had very large room with own large bathroom and living area. This place has been tastefully renovated. Rooftop breakfast was lovely in morning. Host was very kind and welcoming

Host was very welcoming , polite and friendly. The place was budget friendly. Check in process was quick and easy. Breakfast was also included which also was very nice. Orange juice the host served was amazing. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others if looking for something nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, the service was great, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. But what truly made the experience special was Noureddine. He’s genuinely a good guy super helpful, kind, and always smiling. Highly recommend this place, and big thanks again to Noureddine!

Very beautiful spacious place and not to far from the city centre. Near local shops and food places. Lovely hosts and were very helpful with any questions we had. Would recommend and looks better than pictures.

Good bed, great bathroom, great room overall, well looked after with good I formation and a very nice breakfast made daily. Access to living areas and terrasse. Great location away from the Center so we enjoyed getting immersed in the local culture and restaurants. Always felt safe and still had easy access to transport to get to the Center and the beach
