The hotel needs some refurbishment, but overall is nice and exceeded expectations. We were upgraded to a bigger room. Everything was very clean. Breakfast had a big variety. They also have free valet parking

There is awful 😞 attitude of the receptionist. We had approved reservation one month ago for this hotel and at the time we arrived, the lady who said to us she is the Manager 😠 and looks like a person who can only hold the mop, made a short declaration that their system with Booking has been broken.... who knows....no, certainly we knew that she lied well about broken system. And at the moment said that we have no reservations for the particular date - 1/09/2022. I showed her the approval from Booking, but it didn't work and we had to move to another palace. This hotel and the staff there are awful!
