At check in man at reception accepted payment by euro, but he did't give any paybill, also some etra date was taken like phone number, car number, etc. In the morning we saw that our car is damaged, the car was on hotel parking. The hotel has no CCTV, moreover asking the host to find the person who made the accident, host said that he does't know any info about the car or person who could do it, (in the hotel's parking), which made us think that he was covering a that person. Very bad experience.
