Overview
Pension Almhof is located above the village of Afritz am See, 800 m from the main road with the Lake Afritz only 2 km away. It features a terrace and free private parking. All rooms include satellite TV and a bathroom with a hairdryer. Each room features a balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains. Some rooms also have a kitchenette with a dining area. A breakfast buffet is prepared every morning. In the evenings, guests can have a drink at our bar (till 22:00) or spend some time in the sauna. The surrounding area is popular for hiking and mountain biking and guests can relax in the thermal baths in Villach and Bad Kleinkirchheim. Gerlitzen Ski Area is a 15-minute drive away. The ski area Bad Kleinkirchheim can be reached within 25 minutes by car.

We spent 1 night on our way to Italy. It was awesome and really pity we couldn't stay any longer to explore the area. Owners are super nice and helpful. Room beautiful and clean, included more we needed. I need to highlight delicious breakfast we got in the morning. I highly recommend and give maximum score. Thank you Alhof for having us and give such a great service for 1 night.

“Relaxing stay with exceptional hosts”
We loved staying at Almhof. The area is beautiful and there is so much to do (hiking, many lakes, SUP, plenty of restaurants) and best of all the hosts know the area so well and could give us amazing recommendations. We would definitely come again!

We had the wonderful opportunity to stay in a nice apartment that was spotless and nicely furnished. Beautiful view from the balcony, which added so much value to our visit. The hosts are competent and very welcoming. Near several ski resorts. A tasty breakfast with many of options.
